We enjoyed the swimming pool and the bar downstairs.

For sure in couple of years is gonna be a very nice area where to spent time during the holidays but for the moment there is nothing around, no sevices, no restaurants. The keys mostly of the time were not working well, the front door of the building was very small so all the time we had trouble with our baby stroller. We only had one change of towel and there is no cleaning service for all the time of the staying.

10/10 host's swift response to respond to messages. Fantastic location. Fabulous swimming pool. Everything you need on the doorstep.

Our apartment was standard with basic white furniture (not luxury, high end, in our opinion). The apartment is very small - we should have looked closer at the details/measurements. City view - is a work in progress building site! So, the balcony was of no use. No extra linen/towels, etc, so we spent a lot of time doing laundry to avoid additional costs - regretfully, lost holiday feeling - and will choose a hotel in the future.

It’s a great stay for a small family for several days, especially if you’re renting a car

It’s a great stay for a small family for several days, especially if you’re renting a car like us. The apartment is comfy with quick access to underground parking. The location is perfect, Dubai Hills is a great area overall, with a huge park and playground for kids and a great mall. Everything 5 mins from the apartment.

Everything is really good, and don’t worry about construction works of new buildings around. They’re there, it’s Dubai cmon, but you don’t hear them.

Pleasant stay in Dubai Hills

We liked the location a lot, cute coffee shops and restaurants on walking distance. The apartment was well equipped. The building looks like a fancy student art hotel, really nice. Carrefour in the building, very convenient. The communication with owner was very good, response was quick. We felt really welcome and I definitely recommend.

Cosy quiet little corner in Dubai Hills

Cosy little corner tucked away in Dubai Hills. Aesthetically very pleasing with lots of facilities on site. The studio apartment was home away from home for me and family. Very convenient due to the Carrefour supermarket right below the building. Pharmacy and a Michelin star Thai restaurant located just next building. Dubai hills mall was just down the street. Easy to get a taxi using the Careem app, with one found usually within a minute most times. Also, ordering food in was a breeze, and they deliver right to your door. Rami the owner met me and showed me around when we arrived, making sure we were alright. Couldn't have asked for a more welcoming experience. Great place to stay for a couple or small family who wants somewhere quieter and peaceful.

Located in a great spot to visit all the main attractions in Dubai. Dubai Hills is a residential area with some good coffee shops and restaurants. The apartment is very comfortable. Everything you need is there.

My Dubai home away from home

What a truly amazing place... This was my first time in Dubai and I was lucky enough to immediately find my Home away from home... And in Rami (the host) my Brother away from home 😉. The location is far enough from all the Dubai Posh, but close enough to all the action. Thank you for the very nice stay 🙏

По карте мы думали что нас поселят рядом с парком, точка на букинге была там. А нас поселили в башню рядом с гольф полем golfvilla . Будьте внимательны когда бронируете. Мы сначала расстроились, но в итоге остались и жили там. Все в целом в порядке. Но вокруг район активно в строке, по этому шумновато слегка. Через год думаю там будет очень хорошо. Продуктовый магазин рядом. В целом адекватно и нормально для проживания. Сама башня стильная и новая.

Séjour très agréable dans un quartier tranquille

Nous avons séjourné dans la tour A du building Collective 2.0. L’endroit est situé dans un quartier calme et je pense nouveau. La tour est à 1,6 km à pied du Dubaï Hills Mall. Quelques restaurants sont aux alentours ainsi qu’un supermarché Carrefour pour de petites emplettes. La piscine est très agréable ainsi que la salle de sport.

Le Wifi ne marchait pas correctement. Cependant, à la décharge du gérant, je ne l’ai signalé qu’en fin de séjour car croyant qu’il s’agissait d’un problème sur tout l’immeuble. Quand le gérant l’a su, il est passé à l’appartement pour voir le problème. Par ailleurs, pour ceux qui dorment difficilement avec la lumière, il faudra compter avec le soleil qui pénètre fortement dans la pièce assez tôt le matin et malgré les rideaux.

Accueil chaleureux, appartement propre, bien situé et idéal pour un séjour en famille à Dubaï.

Très bon accueil du propriétaire, présent même à 2h du matin pour nous recevoir. L’appartement était très propre, bien équipé (machine à laver, micro-ondes, etc.) et situé dans un quartier calme et agréable (Dubai Hills). Dubai Hills Mall est à 5 min, Mall of the Emirates à 9 min, et Dubai Mall comme la Marina à environ 15 min. Nous étions 3 adultes et 2 enfants, et nous ne regrettons absolument pas notre choix. Si nous revenons, nous réserverons à nouveau cet appartement sans hésitation.

Les espaces communs sont un réel plus dans cet établissement. Billard, baby foot, cinéma, table de tennis de table, salle de sport, terrain de paddle, piscine, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Espace de coworking au rdc et au 1er étage. Personnel très polie et accueillant, toujours là pour aider. Mention spécial à Rami et l’équipe de 121 Living pour leur aide, leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse. Nous sommes plus que satisfaits de notre séjour ici. Il y a également le Dubai Hills Park juste à côté, idéal pour les balades en famille ou pour un footing. Le Dubai Hills Mall n’est qu’à 20 minutes à pied également.
