A very good balance between price, quality, and location.

The apartments are located within a large residential complex and have a separate entrance with a concierge/security service at the entrance. The complex also features a 24-hour supermarket and a small but heated swimming pool (we stayed in January and experienced quite a cold period). All the furniture and sanitary fittings are new and of high quality. Another major advantage of these apartments is their excellent location, with close proximity to the promenade and the beach. Dubai Marina is also within easy reach, making it a great option for an evening walk in a beautiful area.

My stay was very bad

The kitchen and living room has space.

There is no sea view as advertised on booking, it’s partial sea view as there are long buildings in front of the property. The bathroom is very small, especially the shower is very very small I struggled every time I had to take a shower. The property is never cleaned, linen and towels never changed unless you request cleaning and pay extra which is bad when staying for longer days. For me it’s better to take that extra charge and get an apartment with cleaning service. The hallway to the property has a bad smell. There is no one to welcome you into the property, even with the video’s instruction we struggled to locate the property.

Good location and comfortable bed, but several maintenance and cleanliness issues affected the overall experience.

The location is great, and the bed was very comfortable.

The bathroom was very small, and the bathroom ventilation fan wasn’t working. After taking a shower, the entire bathroom floor stayed wet for days. We stayed for a week, and I didn’t like the fact that there were no spare bed sheets available for changing. When we arrived, there was a very unpleasant smell, so we had to let some fresh air in, but the smell didn’t go away for hours.

Good comfortable and clean accommodation without any frills.

Location. Right next to THE WALK.

For $200 a night, at least a welcome fruit basket and ample water and tea supply was expected. Nothing of the sort ! The checkout guy was at the doorstep with brooms at 11:30 am. Had to vacate it.

Coackroaches in the room

I found several cockroaches throughout the apartment, which made my stay very uncomfortable. There was also a very unpleasant smell in the room, a sewage-like odor. Despite the host being very responsive by message and sending a cleaning team the next day, there were no other rooms available, so I had to find urgently another hotel as I couldn't stay another night in these conditions. I'm giving a score of 3 because the location in JBR is very good and the host was very responsive throughout the situation but unfortunatly the overall experience was disappointing and stressfull.

Excellent sray

The appartement wis on a good Plaza with very good facilities including numerous swimming pools. It is also very close to the trampoline station for ease of getting to and from the metro. The appartement was very clean, tidy and had all I needed for a short stay.

On arrival trying to get in was a bit of a problem as the entrance, whilst clearly signposted, was not easy to locate

Awesome contact-less arrangements were made in preparation for our arrival, communication and contact with host was super fast and helpful, incredible location and price point for that location - would consider booking it again in future!

Small details like the single washing tablet, and very little toilet paper being provided for the full 10-day stay could have easily been provided more generously.

Nice location for vacation

The location of the apartment is perfect, the host answered really fast when i asked something. The apartment was very clean but there was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom sometimes, the apartment was not soundprof like was written in the description ( there was a locked door in the room that i think linked it with another apartment that was also rent and we heared the couple that were inside when they talked). Also the internet was badly, the wifi connection was failing very often and was poorly. There were many shops, cafe and restaurants near the location and the area was animated.

Cosy, Beautiful, affordable and as per advertised

Everything, Apartment was super clean and latest style. From Airport to trains or via taxi it was easy to arrive. Host was very friendly and helpful. As it was on JBR, so near to the JBR walk, food, entertainment, beach and other hotels etc. I loved everything and would recommend to stay here solo or as couple.

The location is perfect it’s is accessible to trams, restaurants and beach..perfect for couple who wants to have quality time with limited budget or for someone who just want to have a staycation and experience the vibes around the JBR.

Вид на море красивый, квартира просторная, для двоих идеально, кровать удобная, подушки комфортные. Русскоговорящая менеджер Дина всегда была на связи, оперативно отвечала на вопросы и старалась помочь в любой ситуации. Шторы почти полностью закрывают свет, можно выспаться без всяких масок. Кондиционер встроенный, ни на кого не дует. Приятно удивило наличие таблеток для посудомойки и жидкости для стирки.

Посуда местами была грязная, стол грязный, сервировочные салфетки тоже грязные. Часть я отмыла (там где присохла яичница),часть не отмывалась - рекомендую купить новые. На кухне горячая вода была, в душевой она была немного теплее тела. Приходил техник, сказал что все ок, но вода горячей не стала. На 3ий день на кухне был убит новорожденный таракан. Вообще тараканы способны преодолевать большие расстояния, может он также гостил как и мы. Также всего 4 ножа и 4 вилки. Это условно завтрак и обед, на ужин не хватало. При этом посудомойка большая и заполнялась только за 2 дня. Мне не хватило всяких приспособлений для приготовления пищи, но это не принципиально. До пляжа идти и идти. Я видела пляж из окна, но это частный закрытый. Дальше все битком. Я ходила 15-20 влево до условно просторного пляжа.

Le placement et la propreté de lieu . Le contact avec Natalia étais bien agréable et l explication d arriver dans l appartement étais bien clair et détaillé.

Il y a un odeur pas très agréable dans un des placards ( je pense Natalia est au courant). Le vrai problème étais de ne pas avoir une Clé pour entrer dans l immeuble situation INCONFORTABLE surtout les personnels de la réception ne sont pas toujours agréables !!! Et malheureusement l entrée dépend d eux ! Franchement j hésite de retourner à cause de ça !!!

Fantastisk lokation og et pænt værelse. Desværre ikke særlig lydisoleret, og dermed rigtig dårlig søvn. Jeg booker forme

Lokationen var helt perfekt og værelset var rent og pænt. Det var nemt at tjekke ind og ud.

Der var på ingen måde lydisoleret. De første to nætter fik vi ingen søvn, fordi der i værelset ved siden af var en grædende baby - de efterfølgende nætter var der ny larm.
