I booked a night stay for *** but hotel charged extra *** stating that it's for 2 kids aged 6 & 12 where agoda terms clearly states that kids under 13 will be free of charge if room can accommodate them without ordering extra bedding. My room has space to accommodate 5 but they still took extra. There is false commitment from either one of two.

They clean the room so late. Not everyday they clean it well. They forget my lunadry for 3 days. The reception so crowded
