Real shower missing.

All clean, big space, very pleasant people.

In the bathroom was bath instead of shower. The shower was available in bath but holder for shower was broken and bath so small that when making shower all around the bath was wet.

Home away from Home.

This company owns a few appartements in every shoreline apartments on the Palm. Completely equipped with all amenities. Home away from home. This appartment in Bldg 11 is just a few steps away from Nakheel Mall and St-Regis Hotel and also Golden Mile, so everything you may need for the kitchen, restaurants, coffee shops, Beaches is there. A1 property at a descent rate.

Lights are a little bright in the living room area. The appartment would need lamp shades to make the living room more relax.

Great value but needs improvement

The place was spacious and clean. The location is next to the sea and everything is next to you. There was an extra room for the maid which I didn't expect.

Security was really rude and started questioning my identity even though credentials were provided ahead of time and wasn't even apologetic when he realized he was wrong. There was no concierge to pick the luggage to the car during check out though the mediator helped me during check in. AC cannot go below 24 which is insane considering the hot weather. The worst part was the park as it was in. Tight space that I almost bent the door if not for the safety thing on the wall.

From early in the morning there was works going on next door which was extremely loud and annoying. The staff at the pool said that I didn't have access and then said I did which was very upsetting. The restaurant near pool was very expensive.

Relaxing family holiday. From apartment to beach in minutes and very good restaurant.

Helpful staff easily contacted through WhatsApp. Sea view, good kitchen with all the accessories. Can stay on a budget but also very good restaurant on the beach at the bottom of the property. Peaches and Cream restaurant is very good but expensive. We ate there once a day and cooked at the property for other meals. Location is great but traffic is slow on the palm. Water World was a great family thing to do nearby! Cleaners come every day and even do the washing up. Discounted private beach is a 10 minute walk but not as good as the one at the property so just stay local. The pool is great too.

The property is slightly showing its age but it’s clean and comfortable. The price is a reflection of that and so it’s not a complaint, it’s good value.

Home away from home

From check-in to check-out everything was so easy and simple, our stay was amazing! felt just as comfortable as we would’ve been in our own home, cleanliness and the approach of the team members, I would like to especially thank Sudhir for his amazing customer service and highly professional approach to his work, he’s definitely a true asset and example to his company, will be back again for sure.

God, but very bad policy for guests visiting.

To have a guest visit you, they take a very long bureacracy process that have the person 20 minutes waiting in reception waiting to the "go ahead" permision. Inaceptable.

They did not give the property, which was advertised. It was different from the pictures

The location and the team were good.

All the services offerts ( pool, beach, gym) on the web page are separate from the building and that takes time and money to go there. There is no service taxi from the airport.

Checkin time- first of all there is an unusual checkin time 4pm . In my case I got checkin at 6 pm . They took long time to allocate the room. Exactly at 12 pm the next day, they locked the room and said, it is checkout time

Avoid it...

Only location was ok despite the access beach was not there and the gym under maintenance.

There wasn’t the direct access to the beach as advised. In the appartement, the carpet was to dirty, the floor too. In the bathroom, the furniture was damaged and water leakage was their during all of stay.
