About this apartment rental
Located in one of the most dynamic locations in Dubai. This jaw-dropping apartment encapsulates the popular luxurious lifestyle of Dubai along with comfort and entertainment, as FIVE Palm Jumeirah is an attractive spot for parties and exotic nightlife.
The Apartment has elegant-styled furniture with a classy yet comfy, large Sofa and two lounge chairs, where you can watch the television or enjoy a nice breeze on a winter night coming from the balcony in the lounge area.
The lounge area also has a nice balcony where you’ll enjoy relaxing on the sunbed with a marvelous view of the sea.
The comfortable Dining table is situated next to a classy and spacious American-style kitchen which is fully equipped with all essential kitchen utensils.
Master Bedroom
The Master Bedroom has a unique taste featuring a premium King-size bed with two bedside tables.
The bathroom is spacious featuring a bathtub, double basins, a walk-in shower unit, and a toilet.
The Second Bedroom has a queen-size bed and also has an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
Guest Access
Guests can enjoy a wide range of recreational amenities including Beach access with lots of water activities, a Gym, a Shared Swimming pool, and a spa as well in addition to exotic parties at the FIVE.
Interaction with Guests
Our properties are exclusively vacation rentals in Dubai that combine the service and convenience of a premium hotel with the privacy and comfort of home. Although we want you to enjoy your holiday home in privacy, we are always just a phone call away for inquiries or assistance. We are happy to provide airport transportation, housekeeping services for short stays, and other various concierge services at an additional cost.
Other things to note
Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts, and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.
Checkout cleaning fees are mandatory charges covering cleaning costs upon guests' checkout. Please note that cleaning supplies are not provided, as this is a serviced apartment, and cleaning should be arranged through our service provider only. A mandatory cleaning session is included for stays of 7 or more days, at an additional charge to keep the unit in excellent condition.
The Neighborhood
FIVE is located in one of the fanciest areas in Dubai, Palm Jumeirah, which is a tree-shaped island and it is home to some of the most luxurious spots in Dubai.
Apart from the everyday parties at FIVE and the water activities in the morning that you can enjoy at the beach, there is also a list of other activities which you can enjoy at palm Jumeirah including but not limited to Sky Dive Dubai, For the ultimate adrenaline rush, jump out of a plane as it cruises over the Palm Jumeirah. Skydive Dubai offers tandem skydives at the premium Palm Dropzone, reaching speeds of up to 120 mph and offering eye-popping views of the Palm, the Dubai Marina, and the turquoise waters of the Arabian Gulf.
You also have to try Dubai’s Speedboat tour which will take you on a magnificent tour across The palm and the Marina.
Nakheel Mall is a short drive away from the building where you will find all the shops that you might need and also there is a nearby Spinneys Market to get all your essentials easily.
Dubai International Airport is about half an hour away from the building.

Apartment was great - nice location if you want to enjoy the palm! There are clubs in the building, but they’re respectful - so music will never bother you on late nights and that even on Friday nights.
