Great location, beautiful view and pool, spacious apartment perfect for a family.

Location was amazing - we were travelling with a baby so it was great to have a choice of restaurants on our doorstep. Super useful to have the mall close by too. Great big balcony which meant we could relax and enjoy the sun whilst our baby napped! And easy to access the pool which was very quiet and relaxed.

No pool towels on offer - I know it's a residence building, but would be useful to provide pool towels as we didn't travel with any. Annoying not to have any basic cleaning materials provided - e.g. washing up liquid, surface cleaning spray. Wasteful to have to buy this when you're only there for a week. Luckily we bought some washing up liquid wish us to wash our daughters bottles, but we didn't have any cleaning spray which meant the kitchen didn't feel 'clean' whilst we were there.

Excellent huge apartment at the beach and close to Naheel mall

I love everything there. Size of the apartment, sea view, something we could see Burj Khalifa ,comfortable 200*200 bed, good internet - my husband could work online , fully equipped kitchen with dish washer and washing machine. Top location, we could use facility of 5*Fairmont hotel. A lot of pools with temperature control, nice children pool. a lot of sunbeds at the beach on a private beach, towels , water. Everything was just perfect. there are beach on one side and a shopping mall from the other side ( golden gate and a bit further Nakheel mall). Quite cheap taxi (Hala taxi), could order at Careem app or catch on the street or at the mall.

There was a coffee machine but they didn’t put coffee capsule, don’t provide cleaning service. after a week of staying I asked about cleaning and they send stuff on the next day, I guess if I don’t ask they wouldn’t clean the apartment up. there was olds a bit on construction works, but not really loud and not often (we stayed for 12 night). as other people wrote here it’s really noisy when you open balcony door, but the view is amazing (apartment #3610)

Very convenient appartment but too expensive compare to what we expected.

The second bed was an old sofa that was not comfortable. No water at the arrival. The view was facing the highway and hence noisy

Our 3 weeks stay was relaxing and everyone (the guys from the reception as well as the security guys) were very helpful

The best thing about the apartment is the view!

As others mentioned before: the traffic noise was a big issue and made sitting outside on the huge balcony not very pleasant … but when the balcony doors were closed the noise was acceptable (but it was a pity that you couldn’t enjoy the view and the nice weather while sitting outside).

perfectly located next to the Fairmont Hotel, lovely Pool and everything you need is near (Supermarket, Mall, Beach, Foodcourt, Skytrain,…) 30 Min drive from the airport and the apartment is big and compfortable. great view of the city skyline.

i liked all. We knew that the terrace was facing to the busy street so it was no surprise that it was loud on the terrace but with closed windows the noise could not be noticed

The pool facilities were really good around the residences and the hotel. Many choice to choose form. The residence was not crowded, which made it easy to move around and within the building. The property management nicely reacts to all inquiries.

Great stay!

I liked the location, close to the beach restaurants and shops! The flat itself was also great with everything you needed. We stayed with our baby so were provided with a baby crib which was great.

The noise from the traffic was slightly disturbing, it was too noisy to make use of the balcony for that reason. Wonderful view beyond the roads though!

Anbefales ikke Desværre var vores ophold langt fra behageligt. Selvom lejligheden havde en god størrelse og en central beliggenhed, var den meget gammel og trængte hårdt til renovering. Badeværelset var forældet, fyldt med rust og kalk, og der var en stærk ubehagelig lugt ved brug. Selvom administrationen sendte rengøringspersonale igen og lagde ekstra håndklæder efter vores klage, løste det ikke de grundlæggende problemer — badeværelset var simpelthen for gammelt, beskidt og ildelugtende til at rengøring kunne hjælpe. Lejligheden vendte ud mod en meget trafikeret vej, hvilket gjorde støjniveauet uudholdeligt — vi kunne ikke bruge altanen og havde svært ved at falde i søvn før kl. 3 om natten. Sovesofaen var ekstremt hård og ukomfortabel, hvilket gav min datter alvorlige rygsmerter. Poolområdet var dårligt vedligeholdt med meget gamle og beskidte liggestole, hvilket gjorde det svært at nyde området. På trods af, at vi kontaktede administrationen og sendte fotodokumentation, udviste de ringe interesse og forsøgte endda at benægte vores klager. Baseret på denne oplevelse kan jeg på ingen måde anbefale denne lejlighed.
