The apartment comes with 2 membership cards giving guests (2 adults and 4 children - 16yrs and below) access to the following:

Further access on the door step includes:

- Nearby Sports Clubs & Parks

- Many many restaurants and beach clubs



Other Things to Note:

- Check-in and Check-out Timings

Standard check-in time is 3:00PM onwards and check-out time is before 10:30am.



- Local Taxes

Tourism Dirham tax of AED 30 per night is applicable on this Property



- Bedrooms

Bedrooms: This property has two (2) bedroom with 3 beds



- Standard Occupancy

This property is suitable to accommodate up to 6 guests.



- Guest Registration

We will need passport (or Emirates ID) copies of all guests and visitors at least 48-hours in advance in order to register your stay with community/building security. We cannot guarantee your check-in if copies of your IDs are not provided on-time.



- Additional Services

Room rate does not include daily servicing. Additional Cleaning during your stay with or without linen/towels change are available upon request at a charge and will need to be booked in advance (subject to availability)



- Membership cards for access to Fairmont Hotel facilities is included for 2 adults and 4 children under 16 years. Additional day access can be obtained for a charge and can be arranged directly at the hotel.



- Loss of access cards and membership cards

If the guest losses the building access card or the reconnect cards, there will be a charge of AED300 each for the replacement



- Baby Cot and feeding chair is available however advance notice of 48 hour is required. Please carry cot beddings.
