Fantastic stay

The property was in an excellent location along west beach. It had a fantastic infinity pool with a bar and lovely private beach. It had a beautiful cafe just at the entrance that we had food daily in. Lovely friendly staff. The apartment was lovely, spacious and clean. Would highly recommend.

Lovely apartment and even better location

Was a last minute booking but by far the best location to stay ! especially if you want something not so buzzing and busy. It’s a calm area and quite decent, you can go out get air and has many shops around. The host was helpful in providing things when needed. Would deffo recommend this apartment and area.

The bathroom, no divider between so water goes everywhere, needed plenty of towels !

Not worth the money.

Location and free parking with nice infinity pool and beach access however quite a small beach area compared to the other hotels.

Property management were responsive but forced an early checkout at 11 am and the unit is quite small and the sofa bed is very uncomfortable. Washrooms very tiny and shower flooded the entire bathroom each time. Hot and cold water signs were messed up causing burn.

NEVER AGAIN!

The listing stated that there were 2 rooms, but when we arrived, the apartment was only 25 m² with a single room. There was only one room in total. We spent hours speaking with the host and clearly explaining the situation. The host claimed it was a Booking.com error, yet did not change the room and did not refund our money. This completely ruined our entire holiday. Never again.

Great apartment on West Palm Beach

The apartment was great. Had everything we needed. Great to be able to use a washing machine on our trip and the pool views were great! Great location on West Palm Beach. Owner was very responsive and helpful letting us put our bags in the room before check in so we were not charged 50AED by reception. Overall great stay and would stay again.

Iron was dirty, and ruined some trousers. Should have tried it on a towel first. Ironing board also broken. You need to rent pool towels but they were cheap enough. Rooftop very busy and hard to get a sunbed. Very rude reception staff. Laughing when we questioned why they would charge us to store our luggage for a few hours. Bad start to the day.

Perfect location, safe, clean and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

The property was perfect; very clean, had two king size beds so perfect for a family of four. It has a small kitchen, but had everything you needed and a large fridge. Shower was clean, hot and they left lots of toiletries which was a nice touch. Bedding and towels were lovely and clean, had a lovely view and Abbas was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. Abbas made contact prior to our stay, and was kind enough to arrange balloons and a cake for my sons 16th birthday; Abbas was also kind enough to help with water and milk when we ran out and stayed in touch to ensure we had the perfect stay. Thank you Abbas; it meant a lot to us.

Nothing; the apartment was perfect for us. We were able to use the infinity pool at the hotel which was lovely and clean. Also had access to a private beach, however sadly we had such a busy itinerary we did not get chance to use. We would 100% book this apartment again. Felt very safe and a perfect location as close to everything; just a short Uber ride to all the main attractions.

Had to leave within 10 minutes

We couldn’t stay more than 10 minutes at the accommodation, the odor from the bathrooms was unacceptable, plus there was mold all around the bathrooms. We left, letting the property owner know and the receptionist about our situation. Since 14th of October, we are trying to get our refund back, but the property owner is ignoring us. Booking is also not helping, and as I paid the money through booking.com, I’m not expecting the refund from them. Property owner is ignoring us and not sending any refund. Stay away from this property and their management.

We fell in love with Dubai. We had a fabulous holiday

Location, friendly staff. Comfortable beds

Apartment was small. Not a lot of room for three adults. Not a lot of storage. Had to put all cleaning materials onto balcony for duration of stay. Upon arrival we checked beds and they had not been changed. Once pointed out they were done straight away.

The apartment is cute, nice view and perfect location. The beds are comfy. You can easily go to the beach, the mall or supermarket. A lot of cute restaurants nearby.

The apart was dirty at check in, one guy was trying to clean with us inside. It didn’t go well, the apart remained dirty, the sink had mushroom inside and not draining. Basic utilities, cheapest things, drawers sealed with some kind of stickers. No storage for luggage if you arrive early, no showers to prepare yourself, basically you are on your own. I asked help with things like recommendation for a nanny or other advise, they said they know nothing. I didn’t see anybody. You are really alone trying to find your way in a foreign country. Would never go again to this place. Went few times in dubai, normally all services are perfect anywhere else.

Over all it was enjoyable staying

Cleanly, well equipped, stunning view at the pool on the roof, palm jumeirah mole is less than 5 minutes walk, I was unaware that it is privately run and the reception is not involved in the management, however the agent responsible was excellent and managed our demands very efficiently, thank you Abbas you made our stay very smooth.

The flat is a bit cramped for 4 people and I would recommend it for 2 only,

Good location, good people looking after us after a few request we had. Pool was lush. Lovely owner f the apartment and very attentive.

The shower doesn’t have a door and it’s a small bathroom. Water goes everywhere. Like I mean everywhere. Bath mats and towels were soaked. Need more towels and would be good to have poop towels too. But you can see on the bathroom wall were it’s rotting. Guttered about that as u had wet soggy feet after every shower. Also wifi is rubbish and would be good to have a key to the apartment instead of putting in a 10 digit pin in every time you open or close the door

Everything was clean; everything was as described. You have everything for cooking and to keep yourself clean in the bathroom. The personal is very kindly and helpful!

L’emplacement exceptionnelle, proche des plages et du mall. Piscine en rooftop avec vue époustouflante. Accès à la salle de fitness. Accès à une plage privée avec transats gratuits.

Tout était parfait, le seul bémol est la douche qui a été mal pensée (système d’évacuation de l’eau pas top et conséquence, des débordements d’eau dans le dressing).

Den 9 stelligen Code immer wieder eingeben, bei öffennen und verschließen. Preis/Leistung finde ich zu hoch. Die Fenster waren ziemlich verschmiert geputzt. Das Bad ist mit der Dusche sehr klein. Das große Brandloch im Teppch sollte entfernt werden. Türrahmen vom Bad dringend steichen.

lo que más nos gustó la ubicación muy cerca de la playa y la ubicación a la psicina. la zona genial muy céntrica y muy bien conectada con restaurantes.

Der Pool und das Hotel Personal waren top.

Preis- Leistung viel zu teuer. Das Zimmer war nicht wie beschrieben zbs Badezimmer zu klein kaum Platz, im Zimmer extrem laut wegen Umgebung, kein Balkon. Zimmer sieht auf den Bildern viel grösser und schöner aus. Ein grosser Nachteil ist auch dass man vor und nach Check-in/out die Hotelanlage nicht benutzen kann. Man muss das Apartment zur gegebenen Zeit verlassen -FLOP. Für diesen Preis einfach viel zu teuer. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch eher für junge Erwachsene am besten ohne Kinder. Viele Clubs Bars in der Nähe aber mit Kinder eher ungeeignete Lage.

Anti lootust enne kella 15-st sisse registreerida, tegelikult ei saanud. Ootasime 4 tundi fuajees. Padjad olid väga kõvad ja ebamugavad. Tuba kolmele liiga väike. Pigem ühe inimese tuba. Seinad kostavad läbi. Duši vesi voolas kogu vannitoa põrandale. Liivakivine rand, rannatoolid vajaks väljavahetamist. Basseini ääres palju rahvast ning rätikud olid lisatasu eest.

die lage war top. das gebäude der pool waren super. man hat sich sehr sicher und wohl gefühlt

rezeption hat sich kaum ausgekannt, viele sprachbarrieren, alles ging nur über whatsapp (das war eh nett zumindest), null maintanance, also niemand holt den müll oder bringt klopapier oder handtücher, keine geschirrspülmaschine und am aller schlimmsten: die dusche, viel zu klein, wasser läuft über das ganze bad und ist sogar gelb am anfang wenn man es laufen lässt

Super hotel

Prachtig, ruim en luxe appartement! Warm welkom. Het was heel schoon en de bedden sliepen goed. Fijn zwembad op het dak van het hotel en een privéstrand met ligbedden. Nakheel mall aan de overkant van de straat. Al met al een top hotel en locatie! Als we nog eens naar dubai gaan, dan gaan we zeker weer hier heen.

Enige minpuntje wat ik kan bedenken was dat er op het strand vaak druk was en de ligbedjes al bezet waren (we waren er in de herfstvakantie). Bij het zwembad was er wel elke keer genoeg plek.
