We weren’t pre informed about the building works, the pool was unusable due to the noise and dust, we messaged the host and they stated that this was part of the buildings upkeep, no acknowledgment of the noise or dust. There was lots of renovation works inside the building with lots of dust and debris in the communal areas, and due to the building works and replacement bathrooms in other apartments , one of our bathroom ceilings began to leak, we messaged the host and informed them but they didn’t send anyone to look at the issue, we left bowls under the drips and emptied them. The pool area was unusable due to the noise, dust and debris, but fortunately we were able to use the next pool along in marina 1 but both 1 & 3 pool heaters were broken and they expect then to be fixed within the next 8 weeks. The pool was freezing and only one of our party got in, but got out very quickly! I was very disappointed with the booking and wouldn’t of paid this much for the services we received, if we had arrived with no building work and heated pool I would justify paying this much money, otherwise beware x
