Location and the finishing of the flat.
It was full furnished even the kitchen was full equipped I mean everything. Even cleaning detergent was there. There was basement parking. Security 24/7. We were all females but I felt secured all the time.
Direct access to Dubai Marina walk.
The host ms. Samar was helpful.
The sleeping experience was not good at all, the Mattress and the pillows was not comfortable at all,
The washing machine was leaking and the water cattle was not working. The host was informed but it was not replaced

Central location, almost everything in walking distance (mall, beach, cafe, restaurants, pharmacy etc). The security were very nice. Next door there was a 24/7 store, a bit expensive, but well equipped
Its right next to a mosque, so it was quite loud at times

Die Lage ist toll, wobei der Blick auf die Marina nur seitlich von einem kleinen Balkon gegeben ist.
Das Bett ist sehr niedrig und nicht wirklich bequem.
