Host sent me 2 photos and asked me to pay 500 AED for a new key card, ‘cause of “Our cleaner reported a missing access card, necessitating a replacement”. When I arrived there was only 1 card and 1 key. Card was on a plastic case which I took it off because it feels dirty and old, even card looks old (photo 1), but they’ve took a photo before my arrival with 2 keys and 2 cards and now trying to receive a free money lol.

Felt like a home away from home

Too small pool for the entire apartment, one or 2 more pools would be perfect. It would be nice to have active air fresheners in the apartment.

Liked the location. The ease of getting keys. Bedrooms were comfortable and good. Washrooms were good.

The cleanliness of the living and dining area floors which were sticky, stains on the coffee and dining table and the foul smell coming from the kitchen and these areas. I contacted the guest service and she said she will check but never got back if someone was going to come and clean these areas again. Never got back and we checked out after 4 days. I thought that was impolite I would have also taken a no for an answer but this was no answer at all. I had to clean all the stains off the tables and floor on my own. She did tell us to open the doors to air the room but I don't think that was the problem. The cleaners probably did not clean thoroughly and these are something we pay for. Bedooms were OK. There is construction going on just opposite the building at the moment and it can get noisy if you are spending time in the room.
