Some small issues with the bathroom but immediately attended by the landlord

Beautiful apartment in 36 floor, clean, organized and complete. The host is a great man.

No one to help you with the luggage, I had to find a trolley and put my luggage and then the receptionist asked me to return the trollu back to the ground floor. Also, the apartment wqs hot because the AC was not turned on.

Absolutely everything, this apartment has not one bad thing. The 2 pools beach front is just everything! The view from my balcony of the strip on marina you could watch for hours. The gym is the nicest gym with the best view I’ve ever been in! The host being on WhatsApp whenever you need. The check in being so smooth!

Our stay was good and the location was amazing, however, there were plenty of small details that could have been handled by the host in a better way, in my opinion. The apartment lacked some essentials like dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, rubbish bags, toilet paper, kitchen towels, not to mention anything more elevated like cooking oil/salt or other simple things that you'd often find in rentals like this. Our vacation lasted for a week, and the expectation was that we would not have to buy toilet paper or rubbish bags. The host did provide the laundry detergent and 2 additional rubbish bags on request in the end, but they made it look as if they were doing us a major favour. The A/C in the living room doesn't go below 23.5C degrees and the street is too noisy for sleeping with open windows, so that was uncomfortable on warmer nights. Apart from that, there was a miscommunication about the so-called private beach. There's sun loungers around the pool area that belongs to the building but there is not enough umbrellas — you have to wake up early to reserve one or you'll struggle to find any later. The other area with sun loungers and umbrellas that is referred to as 'the private beach' is in fact the Cove beach club, which, as the host later told us, is 'subject to availability'. In reality, it is packed as it serves as an independent beach club, plus, it hosts the residents of another nearby hotel, so I'd say calling it a private beach is a stretch. Moreover, there's tons of people walking along the beach and passing by that area, stopping by, taking photos during the day which makes it anything but private:)

Everything was easy, you recieve every information through whatsapp, and everything was as it was said. The place was very big, comfortable, isolation was great, we didn’t hear any noise from outside. We were in the heart od jbr beach, with lots of restaurants and brunch and breakfast places. The residence has 2 outdoor pools, just above the beach, we were very satisfied with the location and we are definitly coming back if you are having us

Квартира располагается в самом тусовочном месте jbr. На первой линии. И имеет свой бассейн и пляж. Бассейн подогревается. Лежаки в конце февраля находились практически сразу. Квартира чистая, имеет все необходимое для проживания. Отдельное спасибо за средства для ухода (гель для душа, кондиционер, шампунь, мыло) и стирки. Вода ждала в холодильнике. И несколько капсул кофе тоже были приятным комплиментом. В апартаментах есть много полотенец и одноразовые тапочки. На балконе, который выходит из спальни и гостиной одновременно можно сушить полотенца после пляжа. В квартиру легкий доступ. Заранее скидывают информацию по доступу и инструкцией для использования газовой плиты, стиральной и посудомоечной машины. При выезде мы попросили задержаться на час, нам без проблем разрешили. Отдельная отмечу быстроту ответов на вопросы со стороны хозяев квартиры. Всей семьей выражаем огромную благодарность за прекраснейший отдых!

Reinigung in der Wohnung und Bad nicht professionell. Fugen in der Dusche müssen erneuert werden!!!

Konumu mükemmel, zaten bildiğimiz bir yerdi ama daha önce kalmamıştık.

Bizimle ilgilenen,Holiday Home( ismini yanlış yazmış olabilirim) firmasından Denys isimli bir beydi. Tesise 15:00 da giriş yaptık. Wi-Fi sorununu , Denys tarafından görevlendiren ama teknik anlamda bilgi ve beceresi hiç olmayan ( ismini hatırlamıyorum) kişi ,4-5 saat çözemedi.En sonunda Whatsaap üzerinden Denys ile kısa sürede çözdük, çünkü görevli kişi Wi-Fi parolasını dahi yanlış bildiğinden saatler boşa geçmiş oldu. Aynı görevli kişi , doğal gazı açmak için yaklaşık 45 dakika uğraştı ,en sonunda ben gaz anahtarını açmadığını farkettim ve açtım, sorun çözüldü. Tencere , bugüne kadar gördüğüm en pis ve kesinlikle kullanılması sağlık açısından mümkün olmayacak kadar berbattı. Keza teflon tava,tabanında çok sayıda çizik ve pislik içindeydi. Elektrikli süpürge, temizlik için vileda veya benzeri hiç bir ekipman yoktu. Yatak, yorgan, yastık ve çarşaflar; çok eski ve yıpranmış olduklarından, yıkamış olmamıza rağmen içinize sinmedi. Sonuç olarak ve özetle, bu işletmeyi yapan firma böyle güzel bir lokasyona sahip ve yeni bir rezidansı , işletme anlayışından yoksundu. Bu şikayetleri paylaştığım Denys’in bana cevap olarak yazdığı cevaplar ise, son derece çirkin ve “””bizi tatilini bitirip verdiği parayı geriye almaya çalışan “””insanlar olarak yaftaladı. Bu insan muhatap olunacak bir insan değildir.

Lokalizacja, bliskość do plaży, prywatny basen.

Brak podstawowego wyposażenia: brak soli, mimo że stoi pojemnik do soli. To niewiele a bardzo pomaga lub chociażby jedna kapsułka do prania. Proponuję bardziej przyłożyć się do czystości przede wszystkim w kuchni.

Ванная комната очень не удобная, нет ни одного крючка повесить полотенце, требует ремонта

Расположение идеально. Бассейн, море в минуте, кухня, можно готовить, будем возвращаться теперь сюда всегда)

Koupelna nebyla dokonale čistá , plesnivé silikony v rozích, nefunkční myčka opravář přišel několikrát bohužel nedokázal spravit

De locatie is top, pal aan het strand en aan JBR walk.

Het was niet schoon, het was bij aankomst al niet schoon, onder het bed lag een lege PET-fles die kennelijk over het hoofd was gezien. Daarnaast was de badkamer ook niet erg fris en rein.

Amplasat in cea mai buna zona a Marinei ,apartamentul este curat si mare. Piscina a fost de vis ,racoroasa si curata.Un punct forte este ca a fost deschisa pana la ora 10 PM ,ceea ce este excelent ,dupa o plimbare de seara prin Marina la 40 de grade , o baie in piscina racoroasa era perfect. Recomand si sper sa mai revenim!

Super appartement, très propre, emplacement idéal, meme exceptionnel. Facilité avec le métro a coté, sur the walk, piscine agréable et beaucoup de place. Franchement super séjour.

Tout petit défaut, manque de petits assaisonnement pour la cuisine quand on arrive, on a du tout acheter sur place. Petit détail.

Хороший номер. Точнее это апартаменты. Чисто, хороший вайфай, высокий этаж, просторно. Хорошая звукоизоляция.

Это не минусы, скорее нюансы которые надо учесть: я думал это отель, а это апартаменты, соответственно нет ресепшн. Также мы жили всего 2 дня, не очень понятно как обстоят дела с уборкой при более длительном проживании - есть ли она, или своими силами. В остальном для тех кто ищет апартаменты отличный вариант - локация максимально близко к пляжу, доступ в Cove Beach Club включен в проживание.

Интерьер, чистота, внимательное отношение к деталям.

Не разбирался диван в гостиной. Не было дополнительного пододеяльника для ребёнка.
