Great location

The Parking slot for the apartment was temporary, however was arrange.

I like the location being close to Palm and JBR beach. The view was amazing, and the apartment was clean and decorated very nicely.

It was poorly equipped, there was no spare toilet paper, while we had to buy our own dish detergent, kitchen paper, sugar coffee etc. it was completely empty. Communication was also quite poor, no instructions within the apartment, e.g for heating, check out instructions were sent after check out. There was also a problem with the bathroom door, my son could not open it, although it was not fully closed or locked, and we risked missing our flight!

Remek az elhelyezkedés, csodálatos a kilátás. A bérbeadóval az együttműködés gördülékeny és rugalmas. Maximálisan segítőkész.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ist eine frechheit. Check-In Informationen wurden uns bis auf mehrmaliger Nachfrage vorenthalten. Wir wussten nicht mal welches Gebäude und hatten keine Adresse. Standen erstmal im falschen Gebäude, wo man natürlich von nichts wusste und mussten weiter suchen. Haben auf gut Glück über Fotos die Lobby dann identifizieren können. Wir standen um 15:00 bereits im Tower zur angegebenen Check-In Zeit ohne weitere Informationen. Das ist ein ganz ganz schlechter Service. Würde gerne mehr Punkte geben, aber das ist einfach absolutes No-Go. Dazu tagelang keine Rückmeldungen trotz mehrmaligem Nachfragen. Es hat 2 Wochen gedauert bis wir eine Antwort erhalten haben. Dazu haben wir nach einer zweiten Pfanne gefragt, weil wir gerne kochen, die wir aber nie erhalten haben trotz 1 Monat Aufenthalt.
