Happy because even when our guests mostly teenagers are little noisy no one bother to knock our door and complain.

The place is spacious and nice. Very good for family. Love the bedroom and love the view from the balcony. The location is very near to the beach. The Manager who confirmed our booking is very accommodating. We are happy because they respected our guests even we have plenty of guests. Love the location too specially downstairs where the supermarket “all day” is located.

There are no condiments like shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, hand wash and body wash. Good thing we brought our own. Also, We are always lost going back to the our room because we cannot see any signs where to exit and where is going to the beach or where we can take taxi.

Just aweful

The only good thing this apartment has to offer is the exceptional views of the ocean and dubai marina

The apartment was terribly filthy, no hand towels or cleaning material like a broom or mop was supplied, the walls in the bathroom n hallway is covered in would and the entire unit is cockroach infested,,,,we really were terribly disappointed and would not recommend to anyone. Ours was apartment 705. We even tried canceling but never heard from the propery owner

Great location, stunning views, clean and comfortable, easy parking, refreshments, helpful staff

Excellent location for the beach and restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment for the fantastic views of the marina and sea. Almost a 3D view of Jumerah, particularly exciting at night. Although the apartment was slightly outdated, it was clean and comfortable. A few towels were provided, all placed in one bedroom so the guests in the second bedroom did not have towels until I shared them out. Beverage refreshments were provided; tea, coffee and green tea. Location instructions and car parking was easy to access, with reserved car parking and no need to send photos of the car etc. All staff were friendly and helpful making it an enjoyable holiday.

One of the guests fell in the shower, luckily he was unhurt so anti slip mats would be a good idea. Complimentary bottles of water were not provided, this would have been welcome upon arrival after a long journey. Towels were placed in only one bedroom, towels placed in both bedrooms would have been helpful for all guests. There was some mildew on the shower screen which was unsightly. There was no additional bedding: blankets or a throw would have been helpful. Possibly a hairdryer would have been helpful too.

Management, description ( only bath tube for bath. Very difficult for elderly to climb up to bath tub for shower. Drains were blocked. On entry door key was there. Did not replace on time.

Location was good, close to JBR Walk and JBR Marina Beach.

Misleading Listing – Avoid Happy Season Holiday Homes We booked this apartment (Bahar 1 apt 302) mainly for the advertised pool and gym access, but the key card never worked during our entire stay. This meant no access to the building without security assistance and no access to the pool or gym, which were clearly shown in the listing and pictures. Other issues: - Apartment was not properly cleaned (dirty cups, lipstick stains) - Wi-Fi was down for a full day - TV was unusable (remote didn’t work even after battery replacement, HDMI disconnected) - Couldn’t leave food outside the fridge due to vermin - Contacted the host multiple times via WhatsApp; responses were only “sorry for the inconvenience” with no real solutions Security confirmed the apartment manager likely hadn’t paid for key card access. This property is expensive, yet the experience was unacceptable and misleading.

The apartment is well worn needs painting, bathrooms require updating as alot of mould around seals on shower doors. The mats in bedrooms need replacing the are filthy

It was good...

Location is good, but there is a bit of traffic there, and it is hard to orient yourself if you are a tourist or visiting Dubai for the first time. Even though we are not first-timers in JBR we got lost a bit, and the parking structure is very bad.

Wonderful stay in front of the JBR beach

What an amazing view! We were staying with our friends in different apartments from this company and both apartments were perfect. If you want to visit Dubai, enjoy JBR and beach you shall take this apartment definetely!

Apartments beds were broken. Kitchen had cockroaches. Tv sound was broken. Lights were fused. Toilet was not very clean.

It was on 32nd floor with a nice view.

It was not Bahar as promised. It was Amwaj and even after complaining no one fixed the issue. It was not at my chosen location.

حجزت وتبين بأن الشقة ليست هي المعروضة، طابق أرضي وبدون إطلالة وأيضا صوت الشوارع والسيارات مزعج جدا جدا.

شقق قديمة ولا يوجد تجديد فيها، تعامل سيء من إدارة الشقق وغير متعاوين على الاطلاق وبعد الحجز لا أحد يرد على استفسارات أو طلباتك.

الموقع كان رائع وكان طلبي شقة مطله على البحر ولكن للاسف اعطوني شقة ليست مطله تماما والصور مختلفة عن الواقع

بصراحة الشقة لم تكن نظيفة ابداً حيث وجدنا بعض الصراصير بالمطبخ للاسف وحتى الاثاث قديم جداً وغيييير نظيف ابداً 😞 للاسف اول مره انصدم بمكان في دبي بهذا السؤ

Schöne Aussicht auf den Stadt und sehr nah zum Strand

Küchen Ausstattung. Müssten Wasser im topf warm machen. Kein Spülmittel usw. Und wenn man was braucht oder irgendwas fragt, wird nichts gemacht. Keine technische Kontakt, nur WhatsApp. Auf jeder Nachfrage wurde nur versprochen das erledigt wird aber nichts passiert. So haben wir Ganze unsere Aufenthalt haben kein Schlüssel von Hauseingang Tür bekommen. Waren auf Security eingewiesen. Aber nach dem wir abgereist sind, fragen die mich wo ist der Hausschlüssel. Kommutatives Verhalten sehr schwierig. Die Wohnung ist Groß und sehr schön. Optimal für eine sehr große Familie oder eine Gruppe. Wenn der Vermieter diese paar Sachen verbessert, dann Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und ruhig.

Die Wohnungslage ist super, aber bevor ich die Wohnung wieder buchen würde, müssten die Bäder komplett neu renoviert sei

Die Lage ist Top und die Grösser der Wohnung ist wirklich gut

Als wir ankamen war die Wohnung sehr dreckig , vor allem die Fussböden. Die Badezimmer sind uralt und in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Nach dem Duschen (in der Badewanne) war das Badezimmer jeweils nass am Boden da alle Kitfugen kaputt waren und das Duschwasser aus dem Boden drückte...

الموقع والاطلاله الامن

لم يتم تنظيف الشقه اثنا الاقامه لمده ثمانيه ايام ولامره واجده أيضا عدم وجود الكرت الاكتروني لفتح البوابه الخارجيه للمبنى ولم تصلني الخامس يوم أيضا احدشطافات الحمام لايعمل وتم ارسال الصيانه رابع يوم ولم يصلحه بشكل جيد عدم وجود منضفات غساله الأواني وغساله الملابس وايضا ازعاج من عمال الصيانه أثناء النهار في الشقق المجاوره
