The location was amazing it was nice and clean parking was great

Great location. Clean apartment. Extremely comfortable.
The hosting company did not respond to mails, WhatsApps, calls or messages through booking.com for months. We reached out to booking.com on 8 - 10 occasions to get hold of the property, causing us to worry about the booking. We were forced to fly to Dubai and first check if the property existed before booking.com could relocate us. 8 hours prior to check in, we received a message from QStay with check in instructions. Without a doubt, the most stressful and frustrating experience we have ever had through booking.com and we would not engage with QStay ever again.
