The owner sent information several times, rules, filling out a stay contract, wifi access and a lot of other unnecessary information - none of those messages not include a code to get the door keys. I wrote to him on bookingcom, wrote, called via whatsapp - complete ignoring. Our family sat downstairs with bags and waited, the whole day was ruined, all plans were ruined. There was nowhere to leave the bags. Then when I contacted the booking support team explaining the situation, someone suddenly thought of answering and sending me a code. if check in was 15:00, then I got the code only at 17:43, and needless to say, we were already there at 14:00! If it weren't for booking support, no one would have answered us. After 18:00 we started our day. In the evening, when I returned to the apartment, I put the sofa bed on, and found that it had no sheets, blankets, pillows, and there were no towels. 22:30 write to the owner, where he wants us to sleep? As a result, at 1:00 am there is a doorbell at the door - followed by the key being put in the keyhole... when there are guests in the apartment... how is this permissible? The owner has sent the children behind the door - 3 students are standing with only a sheet, 1 blanket and 2 towels. We had to wake up at 5:00 am for the airport. No rest at all. This is the first time in my life that I have encountered such an unpleasant stay. I want to warn you that there are several hotels in the immediate vicinity of this owner with the ending HAPPY SEASON if you don't want to ruin your whole day and your whole trip - I don't recommend staying here

Coffee amenities are missing, corridor has bad smell, there was water outage at night, there is no option to operate the kettle, Apartment needs improvement

The building has issues in the hallway right before the apartment - the ceiling is opened up with black mold and dripping water. The ceiling is falling down in front of the apartment . the team member said that he will check with the management and disappear. I messaged the host directly and through your customer support and no answer. I didn’t stay there and I would like to get a full refund

De locatie.

Wij zaten in accomodatie 1803. De fotos op booking komen totaal niet overeen met de accomodatie. Het balkon is zo klein, dat er 1 iemand op kan zitten. De accomodatie was niet schoon. De roosters van de airco waren helemaal zwart en ma een melding werd alleen de buitenkant schoongemaakt. Helaas verholp dit het probleem niet, want er bleven zwarte deeltjes uit de airco komen die op de eettafel belande. De wasmachine zat vol met schimmel. Van de vaatwasser was de afdekrand los en lag los in de vaatwasser. Lekkage in de badkamer uit het plafon, waardoor elke keer de badkamer vol lag met een plas water. Douchegordijn vol met schimmel. In het bad lag haar van de vorige huurder. De voegen boven het bad zaten vol met schimmel. De bank is zo doorgezakt, dat je op de houten spijken zit. Het bed heeft een enorm slaapkuil, waardoor je bijna uit bed rolt. De checkin is onduidelijk. Er zit alleen een bewaker. Er is niemand om je te verwelkomen. Er liggen geen instructies in de accomodatie en je moet alles maar zelf uitvinden. Qua handdoeken kregen we per peroon 1 handdoek, waar we 2 weken mee moesten doen. Beddengoed werd niet verschoond in de gehele periode. De communicatie gaat met meerdere mensen, die niet met elkaar communiceren. Er werd niet geluisterd naar onze klachten en na 3 dagen hebben we uitgechecked, zoals verzocht. Op de oorspronkelijke tijd kregen we de vraag of we op tijd de sleutels wilde achterlaten en op tijd wilde uitchecken, van 2 verschillende personen.

Posizione perfetta a due passi dalla spiaggia e da tutte le attrazioni e servizi di JBR. L’appartamento è molto spazioso e comodo, con tutti i servizi e comfort necessari.

Nonostante siamo stati molto poco a casa, l’unica cosa che abbiamo notato è che ogni tanto si sentivano odori sgradevoli in bagno e in cucina.

بصراحة طاقم العمل كان لديهم ضعف في التواصل تواصلو معي 3 اشخاص ليكررو علي المعلومات ، بالإضافة الى انه لم يقم احد بإستقبالي عند الوصول او الخروج ، والسرير كان غير مريح ، وايضا لم تتوفر ادوات النظافه او Slipper وحتى الاضاءات بجانب السرير لاتوجد فيها مصابيح ، الكرسي بداخل دورة المياه كان يسرب الماء وتواصلت مع المسؤول لكن لم يتصرف احد واستمرت المشكله يومان الى وقت خروجي .
