One amazing experience

Location was amazing we had a family of 10 and it ticked every box for all 10!! Best views right in the hub of the attraction .. couldn’t ask for anything more .. would definitely go back

Despite a good location, the stay was frustrating due to delayed check-in, no cleaning service, and poor management.

The location was convenient and close to the beach and surrounding area. That was the only positive aspect.

Check-in was delayed for more than one hour with no proper explanation, and the staff were not flexible or accommodating at all. There was no cleaning service during the stay, and no one came to clean the apartment. The property was ok level clean, and uncomfortable. The facilities were just standard, the service was very poor ( no services ), and the stay was definitely not worth the price paid.

We had a fabulous time and can't wait to return!

The apartment was so big and spacious, the beds were unbelievably comfy and the location was perfect. Great views from the balcony can't wait to go back.

The pool doesn't really get much sun as it is surrounded by tall buildings but we just crossed the road to the beach instead. The bathrooms could do with shower curtains over the bath as the water pours onto the floor.

The apartment had great space, a nice view, and a good location. It was big enough to comfortably fit a group, which made it convenient for our stay. Communication before arrival was smooth and check-in was easy. The team was responsive via WhatsApp.

The apartment is nice but wasn’t as luxurious as the photos suggested. There was visible wear and tear, especially in the bathrooms, and the Wi-Fi was very poor particularly in the bedrooms. Every morning there was loud drilling and construction noise from above, which was very disruptive. The hosts never answered phone calls, only replied by message. Then almost four weeks after we left, they falsely accused us of damaging wall art and tried to charge 200 AED. This was very shocking, especially since other guests would have stayed there after us it felt misleading and untrustworthy.

مكان الإقامة ممتاز موقع رائع شقة واسعة ومريحة الاسرة مريحة جدااااا حتى المفرد منها واسع جدا ومريح .. إطلالة على البحر من جميع الاتجاهات .. المكان على شارع الممشى مباشرة jbr الشقة كانت نظيفة جداااا وبها كل المستلزمات لكنها شقة غير مخدومة يعني إذا بتاخذونها اكثر من يوم خدمة النظافة غير مشمولة في السعر .. عن نفسي اعجبتني كثيررررر وكلي أسف إني ماطولت الإقامة فيها لأن إجازتي قصيرة لكن هي أول خياراتي في زيارتي القادمة ..

Excelente para grupo/familia na melhor localização de JBR.

A vista, os wc em todos os quartos, incluindo wc serviço e quarto da empregada. A localização é óptima, junto à praia e a piscina tem vistas fantásticas. O segurança do prédio muito gentil e a comunicação com o manager do apartamento foi sempre rápida e eficaz. As fotografias fazem jus ao que está no local.

Devia ter dois lugares de estacionamento incluídos.
