DUBAI Jbr Amazing huge 5BDR PENTHOUSE of 650 m.q. private Terrace roof Pool

I think you know you're watching for the most beautiful Penthouse in Dubai .... Compliments!
This penthouse is really the best famous penthouse in Dubai, last December 2017 has been booked by Cristiano Rinaldo family and we have many V. I.P. clients such as actors, directors, F1 drivers etc ... so, we have to filter the request and accept only reliable guest.
As you can imagine it is not a cheap property, if you are looking for cheap one we have other smaller but nice apartments in the area.

About this Penthouse, we actually do not have any competitors in Dubai, this is really the best huge private penthouse of the entire Dubai Marina and JBR, which are indisputably the most prestigious and sought after tourist areas. (If you do not know Dubai, pay close attention to other cheaper areas but that are terrible)

I assure you that you cannot find a Penthouse same in 500 km of coastline, Only the terrace of the Hilton Jbr Pure club is comparable, has a large terrace like ours, but not with a private pool like here and has very expensive cost- but only for some hours booking ...

We have the entire floor in JBR Rimal 5, so 2 penthouses for 650 sqm each, means 1300 MQ! (14,000 sqtf) and booking both units can accommodate up to 34-36 people ...
I know, this penthouse really is the best property you can choose, we can accept Airbnb up to 16 people, but we have beds for 18-20 people in each Penthouse, meaning we can get to 40 guests, but having other apartments we could accommodate up 150-160 people in the same tourist complex.

Important things that we have to clarify (it is possible to use the apartment only for the regularly booked persons) it is impossible and illegal to let more people stay there than those declared. I say this because we receive dozens of fake reqeust for one person (low price) when the customers are 8-10-12 or more ....

Please consider this important rule.

The second important thing: We receive 50-100 requests a month for parties or celebrations, the terrace with swimming pool is perfect for this. But we give permission for parties only after having clarified the request well and accept only non-risky parties, not noisy and not in contrast with the community rules.

Please note: any parties with invitations from external people have a separate cost (over the night stay) and must be previously authorized and quotation accepted.

We are obliged to send these 2 important news because after some customers have had problems (even serious) to make unauthorized parties, we want to avoid other situations of unease for all
