Highest infinity Pool in Downtown Dubai

Comfort and location was very Good. Service from Beshoy, Vikas and Meeran were exceptional. They couldn’t do enough to make sure our stay was 5 star at the property. They even came out out of hours to ensure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this host.

Nothing. Worst place I have ever been, and I have travelled a lot of places in the world.

The staff was the worst, absolutely disrespectful, unkind and nothing I have ever experienced. Shouting to me, ignoring any friendly “hello” and even being mad at me for having booked a parking slot in the hotel, which I couldn’t access in first and got sent away. The apartment itself is nothing like the pictures as well, especially the shower looking completely different the the pictures, nothing in the apartment was refilled (water, shampoo, coffee etc), but the incredibly unkind disrespect-full staff was nothing I’ve ever seen. Too bad I can’t give a lower review then 1.

- cleaners are not doing justice to the property, the shower was not properly cleaned, they didn't clean the oven and we spotted small cockroaches on the kitchen sink - our apartment had no burj view as we had expected -

The most amazing views, the kindest staff and a perfect appartmant. This is the place to be in Dubai. Food was also amazing. We will be back for sure!!

This apartment was an absolute disappointment and completely unacceptable. From the moment we arrived, it was obvious that cleanliness and basic maintenance are not a priority here. The table was covered in food marks, forcing me to clean it myself before it could be used. The floor was also filthy, with rubbish still left behind, making it clear the apartment had not been properly cleaned at all. The condition of the bedding was disgusting. The bedsheets and pillows were covered in random black marks, which is completely unacceptable and made us question the hygiene of the entire apartment. To make matters worse, the air conditioning vents were filled with black mould, which is not only unsanitary but genuinely concerning. The kitchen was just as bad. Every single dish was dirty, and we had no choice but to wash everything ourselves before using it. I ordered groceries that required refrigeration, only to discover shortly after arriving that the fridge was broken. Although someone was sent the next day to fix it, this caused major inconvenience and unnecessary stress during our stay. Security was another major failure. The safe had a preset code chosen by the owners that could not be changed, making it essentially pointless as well as not even being stuck down and you could pick it up with one hand. Even worse, the hosts failed to tell us that the apartment door had a separate way of locking it. This critical information was only shared after we had already checked out, which is completely unacceptable and made us feel unsafe throughout our stay. The apartment itself was severely run down and poorly maintained. The curtain in the master bedroom was broken, and the wallpaper was literally being held together with clear tape. Overall, this accommodation was a massive downgrade compared to a 4-star hotel we stayed at just a few streets away. The only so-called “upgrade” was being given slippers — everything else was a significant step backwards.

The location was excellent, Beshoy was really helpful.

The unit we were in, 4809, was in need of some refresh but still generally in good repair.
