Great 3 bedroom apartment, amazing roof top pool kids welcome . Beautiful views

Not much no cleaning service included in stay

Was spacious

Reception staff was arrogant and made us waiting for 45 mins to check in at 5 pm

Great location, fantastic rooftop infinity pool. The apartment is on floor 42, amazing night views from the terrace.

Only downside was the parking. They warn you it’s narrow and steep. Take it seriously. It’s 7 floors of narrow and steep corners. But I managed not to crash the car 🤣

Beds were comfy. Lounge area was nice once we had rearranged.

WiFi was rubbish, only worked in the apartment not in any of the communal areas. Only a small amount of body wash was provided, not enough for the number of people and nights stayed. Kitchen cupboards needed an update, the washer one didn’t shut. Building as a whole needs an update, broken tiles in the lift, rail coming off the wall in lift. Place looked tired in parts. TV in bedroom didn’t have any channels. Prime account was in German so couldn’t understand it. Bed settee made up when we arrived, which we had to unmake as didn’t need it. Water went off on last night, overnight, which no one could help but staff response was poor. Bottles of water and hand sanitizer should have been distributed. Powder was provided for dishwasher or washer but wasn’t labelled so didn’t want to use in case put in wrong one!
