Exclusive NYE Fireworks Viewing Experience High Floor No Overnight Stay

On the positive side, the apartment was clean, spacious, well-equipped, and offered excellent proximity to the Dubai Mall. The building facilities were great and easy to access, check-out was entirely hassle-free, and the young man who eventually completed our check-in was incredibly polite and accommodating.

However, pre-arrival logistics were frustrating. Check-in instructions were unclear, and our early check-in request received a delayed, abrupt refusal. Upon arrival, the initial contact person was uninformed, leading to a long wait for a replacement staff member, which ultimately caused us to miss an appointment. Additionally, the listing is slightly misleading: while the building faces the Burj Khalifa, this specific apartment faces the opposite side. Lastly, the TV is a basic smart TV with no local or cable channels, requiring personal subscriptions for apps, and a few minor cosmetic repairs are needed.

Everything was great from the beginning. Check-in was smooth, the apartment was spotless and the communication was excellent.

The check-in process took a little longer than expected, but everything else was excellent.
