Required better cleaning service, house keeping, also prefer if possible to include breakfast food and beverages.

I accepted responsibility for losing the key, however charging AED 300 seems unreasonable and disproportionate. Unfortunately, this experience made me feel unfairly treated and will be reflected in my review
