It was the best stay for our 1 week visit at Dubai. A+ apartment.

Everything was excellent. Close to Mall, Fountains, Burj Khalifa, great views at night. The infinity pool is a nice bonus.

Highly recommend

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The location was excellent, being just a 15-minute walk from the Skyview Observatory and Burj Khalifa. The views were incredible, and the beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything one might need, and the space was quite generous. Access to the 64th-floor pool, which offered the best views, was a delightful bonus. Communication with the staff was effortless and pleasant; they provided all necessary information for accessing the location and were prompt in addressing any needs. Everything was precisely as advertised. I highly recommend this establishment.

The cleaning can be a bit better. Not something major. Just a bit more effort with the floors.

The hotel is in a central location, almost within walking distance to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. The magnificent pool on the 64th floor takes you on a journey in the sky. The apartments are wonderful, offering the comfort of a home and having everything you need. We would like to thank Mr. Beshoy, who helped us with everything throughout our stay, and also the friendly, slim lady at the reception whose name I can’t remember — thank you for your kindness and attention. We would love to stay here again

It would have been easy if breakfast was also included.we managed to make our own or online order.The kitchen was well equipped.The washing machine and dish washer was very useful.The pool was crowded in the evenings but the view was amazing.My children really enjoyed the spacious apartment.

Only drawback for the long waiting time for the lift. The lift was a bit slow.

Nothing at all- communication with staff was over text and same messages repeated , nothing done

Everything was dirty , communication was so poor from staff , Ac wasn’t working , kids got severe allergy rashes ll over face and body due to dust and dirt , cleaning staff said no one told them to deep clean- still haven’t received my refund from a previous cancellation

A truly magical apartment, breathtaking views, and superb location!

A truly magical experience in the most luxurious apartment with breathtaking views! We couldn't believe our eyes when we entered the apartment. It was spotless and prepared for us to perfection. The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to accommodate a small amount of self catering such as delf, glasses, cutlery, pots, and pans. There was washing up liquid and sponges, kitchen roll, and even some Detergent powder for washing machine, which is more than you get in lots of places. The pool area was amazing, with extremely attentive staff, very comfortable beds, which we never had any trouble getting and not to mention the views!!!! Out of this world! There is a 24 hour shop right outside the hotel where you can get all the small bits you need. We never waited more than 30 seconds for a taxi (always made sure to get a government taxi, not a private car as both are lined up outside all the time). I had many communications before the stay with the host and I never waited more than a couple of hours for a reply. They were so friendly, helpful, and honestly couldn't do enough for us and didn't mind me asking lots of questions before we left. If you want to stay in a prime location, 5 mins from Dubai Mall/fountain/Burj Khalifa, and approx 15 mins from Jumeriah beach resort and Dubai Marina, would like to wake up in your own time and have the facility to make your own breakfast while taking in breathtaking views, all in a spectacular residence, then don't think twice... book this apartment. You won't be disappointed!!

The accommodation was great. We ate in 64th floor restaurant which was good. We ate in the attached hotel restaurant Paparazzi and came down with bad stomachs.

Нам понравилось все! Начиная с сервиса, и удобства, заканчивая потрясающим видом из балкона! Мы путешествовали семьей - 4 взрослых и наш выбор пал на апартаменты в этом гостиничном комплексе! Наш номер был на 38 этаже - с балконом, 2 спальни, 1 гостиная большая с кухней и 2 ванные комнаты с санузлом! Вид со всех окон открывается потрясающий! Весь город и Бурдж халифа прямо перед тобой! Бассейн на 64 этаже, оттуда как будто весь город у тебя под ногами а Бурдж халифа на ладони! Нас зразу встретил менеджер Beshoy - добрый, отзывчивый и очень внимательный! Спасибо вам большое! Вы сделали нас последний день в Дубае самым лучшим! Не пожалели ни цента за наше проживание! Все было на высшем уровне!

Мы в восторге от отеля, персонала и вида из номера. Жили в 9-местном номере на 38 этаже. Очень удобно для компании. Брали на пару дней проездом до круизного лайнера. Все поместились с комфортом. Все фото на сайте реальные, вы будете удивлены совпадению. Чисто, кровати все большие, матрасы удобные, бельё белоснежное, приятное. Необходимая посуда в наличии. Чай, сахар, кофе. Три санузла, два из них с ванной. Детали интерьера продуманы дизайнером. Мы бронировали без питания. Еду можно купить в магазине на первых этажах и приготовить в номере. Завтрак стоит примерно 100 дирхам - шведский стол, - понравился. Бассейн на крыше шикарен. В следующий раз обязательно вернёмся сюда.

Недостатков не обнаружено, скорее бытовые мелочи: Плита газовая, первый день пользовались без проблем, на второй не смогли включить, покушали готовой едой на заказ. Есть солонка и перечница, но соли в ней нет. Есть бумажные полотенца, но хотелось бы тряпочку для протирания столов. Не было жидкости для мытья посуды и таблеток для посудомойки. Лифт, порой, очень долго ждать. Особенно в часы пик)
