Great host in Sylvia but a tired room which needs refreshing

The facility has everything on the doorstep and space albeit construction work on the roof to the north block has been ongoing for last 18 months

Apartment was looking a bit tired against some of the others that we have stayed at in the block. The finishes on floor and furniture could do with a refresh. The pillows were not great either and you should offer a pillow list selection

Paradise at Anantara Palm Dubai

The resort, Anantara Palm Dubai Resort is an exceptional property. It is beautifully designed and maintained - the lagoons, pool, beach, and gardens are beautifully maintained and the staff were kind and very accommodating. There are several restaurants on the property and a small grocery store. I loved walking along Palm Jumeriah boardwalk in the mornings and relaxing at the beach or pool.

The apartment was disappointing. It needs maintenance and updating. The pots and pans and dishes in the kitchen were very basic making it difficult to prepare food beyond the most basic. The bedroom faced the busy outer road and the traffic noise is a problem. The apartment is privately owned and not part of the resort, so it was disappointing to see how beautifully the resort maintained the property and facilities and then see how poorly the apartment was maintained.

Location on the Palm was great. Apartment was huge and well equipped. Everything worked! It was clean. Anantara resort and beach was superb. Lagoon pool was fantastic as was the whole resort experience. Great beach and facilities. Careem app was essential to order food for self catering as no local grocery store. Overall really good experience.

Luxe operate the accommodation seperately to the Hotel. Recent publicity re scams prompted me not to follow up on requests from Luxe on Whatsapp for passport details and directions as this was not through Booking.com. Our apartment was fantastic apart from the fact it was above the hotel service area, quiet at night but during the day constant noise from lorries, staff on breaks and refrigerated lorries just below the apartment making use of the balcony very noisy. As non "all inclusive" meals in resort were expensive. Ordering food through Careem App easy.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything I needed. I especially loved the location on the palm Jumeirah.would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting.

Great location and facilities. Gym, children playroom, pool iz amazing, beach is just there, all Anantara resort made quite authentic thai style, nice.

In general all apartment block is quite old. First apartment given was quite terrible but after complaining for an additional charge we got a sea view in newer apartment and that was great. Food and booze in hotel very expensive.

Interesting for those who don't want to spend a lot!

The lagoon was very beautiful, where you could relax even late at night.

I asked to spend a night in the villas on the lagoon, even just one night, but I was told that they were all occupied. However, during my stay of over 10 days, I often noticed that the villas were free for at least one night. It's a shame about the cleaning, only once in 11 days of accommodation seems a bit excessive! Only once because I requested it, otherwise not even that!

Wonderful dubai

We had a wonderful time, The accommodation was spotless and staff extremely plesent. Only issues was not enough toilets near pools and having to use taxis alot to go out to use metro. But saying that we came for a chilling 12 day break and highly recommended this accommodation. We did a few excursions and really enjoyed them. Jeep/dessert safari. Adventure waterpark, the gold souk...
