The best part of the stay was all support which I got from Jenny. She was fantastic and very helpful. Apartment was nice, quite big and very clean. All was very good.
Only minus is lack of stores around but it’s normal in this area. You can always use Noon app and you can order all you need.

Das Azizi Mina Palm Jumeirah ist ein sehr schönes sauberes Haus mit einem sehr großen Pool. Der Strand dort ist sehr angenehm und erholsam, die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, genau wie auf den Fotos. Jenny unsere Gastgeberin, war immer per WhatsApp für uns erreichbar und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Overall, the stay was acceptable and I liked the location.
The apartment is worn out, but generally not in terrible condition.
Almost two months have passed since check-out, and the deposit has still not been returned. It strongly feels like this is part of a fraudulent scheme by the company. The service is absolutely unacceptable.
I do not recommend this company under any circumstances. If you have already booked, I strongly advise not leaving any deposit.
