It is in our opinion one of the best overall villa locations in Dubai, as it is a peaceful and quiet beach front community which is much quieter that hotel or public beaches, yet it is a stones throw from Nakheel Mall, Golden Mile, and the shoreline beach clubs. With it being located on the trunk of the Palm, it is also a far shorter journey to the main land, when comparing with the fronds, plus it has no traffic concerns.
