Great view, but terrible smell, poor cleanliness, and no value for money.
The sea view was beautiful and the location was nice.
From the moment I entered, there was a strong and unpleasant smell. Staff said it was from cleaning products, but it was actually a mix of sewage and mold that got worse at night and stayed throughout my stay. Cleanliness was poor hair on the floor, bad odors in bathrooms, closets, and the whole apartment. No free services, everything charged extra. Not suitable for families. Also, be aware of an extra AED 3,105 deposit required on top of the room rate.

it’s been 5 days and this company is not even trying to refund the deposit to their silent. that is Inconvenient!
personnel is very rude and unprofessional. when it comes to payment that are always on time. but when it comes to refunding the deposit - you have to Waite days and days

Amazing place to stay!
Everything was perfect! Check in & communication was smooth, the location is great as its close to everything.I love that the apartment has a breathtaking view of the beach and Ain Dubai, so relaxing to see! The property was spotless clean when we arrived, it has everything you need even for little things such as washer and dishwasher pods, internet speed was fast and ,Bed mattresses are all so comfortable to sleep at too! We had an amazing stay! Will surely recommend this place to friends and will be back again!

Perfect location and high level apartment with a good host
Perfect location between JBR and Bluewaters, which are my favourite. Great for walking, going to restaurants, sea and so on. The apartment itself was great, it has almost 360 degrees views, high level interior. The host is very helpful too.
Nothing particular comes to my mind. Maybe the beach. Overall the experience is much better than I thought.
