The view from the 9th floor is breathtaking! The location is very good. Supermarkets, restaurants, shops, walking street with attractions! Every night fireworks and drone shows that you can watch sitting on a terrasse in your flat!
Loud music at night from neighbouring hotels and bars. To use the panaramic swimming pool on top of the building, you have to pay 300 $ per person.

Realy perfect apartment and location we have been 3 adults 2 kids 3years old and it was perfect
Glass on balcony was dirty, furniture is realy cheap.

Everything! the location, the views and the layout. this apartment needs to be seen to be believed. the views alone are 5 star but when seen from this apartment, I’d argue the Burj Al Arab would struggle to keep up on the star ratings! (which you can see from the apartment balcony)
