Great stay! The facilities are excellent, especially the gym and pools. I loved the direct access from the building straight onto the Marina promenade. Having a well-stocked grocery store with fresh produce and ready-made meals right next door was very convenient. On top of that, the owner was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Our stay in Dubai was absolutely exceptional. The apartment is stunning — beautifully designed, spacious, and impeccably maintained. The view is simply breathtaking, especially in the evening when the skyline lights up. Waking up to that panorama every day was a real highlight of our trip. What truly made the experience outstanding was the host’s team. They were incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire stay. From smooth check-in to being available whenever we needed assistance, everything was handled seamlessly. This was easily one of the best stays we’ve had in Dubai. Highly recommended — we would gladly return again

I love the location. The building is right on the marina waterfront. The gym is equipped with brand-new equipment, which is a great bonus. It’s a beautiful apartment with very modern features and everything you need. I truly loved the experience. Joseph was an exceptional host; professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire stay.

A comfortable, welcoming and hassle-free stay in a great location.

We stayed one night after another accommodation booked via a different platform was a big disappointment. Joseph was incredibly helpful, made us feel very welcome and personally assisted us with check-in and check-out. The apartment had everything we needed and we would have loved to stay longer.

Nothing disappointed us about the apartment itself. Our only regret is that we stayed just one night and didn’t have enough time to try all the facilities.

Superb Stay with Solarte @Dubai Marina

The 2BR unit was super chic & comfortable for my family of five, without needing to setup the sofa beds. Plenty of seating at the balcony to enjoy the fabulous view. The location was convenient - with nearby restaurants, amenities & attractions. Plus, the surrounding marina waterfront area was wheelchair accessible for my elderly member. The building staff were friendly and our host/agent, Joseph, was extremely hospitable & helpful from our check in to check out. Would stay here again if in Dubai with my family.

Would have liked the option for white lighting in the unit, to help my elderly member see better. Also, the ongoing construction caused traffic congestion while trying to get into & out from the main building to the highway.

Stay in the heart of Dubai Marina!

First of all, I would like to praise the communication with Joseph and everyone else from the agency, as well as with the host. They were available at all times. The check-in was flawless; the young man really made an effort to explain everything and show us around. The apartment was exactly as in the photos—new and clean. The view is not of the marina, but that is fine, as most buildings in Dubai are under construction, so it’s not an issue. You do have a perfect view from the gym. The beach is not nearby, but right when you exit the building you are on the main promenade.

I would only recommend for there to be another Card for the room. We only got one and it would be easier if there were more because they are neseccary to enter the hotel.The host said that they already have the means to correct it.

Great communication with host; apartment was perfectly equiped; very clean; on the perfect spot in the Dubai Marina - Marina Gate Tower which has gym and two pools to enjoy. Apartment have great views. Close to shop and restaurants. It is a must stay in Dubai!!!

We had a fantastic stay at Solarte Apartments

We had a fantastic 8-days stay in this apartment and we felt like home. The apartment is fully-equipped with everything needed, the view from the balcony is breathtaking and the pools at Marina Gate are the perfect place to relax after hours of walking and exploring the city. The owner was so kind to welcome us personally and the support team helped us quickly with all our requests. We enjoyed so much the trip and we are very much looking forward to return here. We strongly recommend Solarte apartments for a memorable trip 💜

В сложившихся обстоятельствах, впечатления о квартире остались отличными. Добрый хозяин сделал скидку, не выгнал нас как многие другие когда закончился срок аренды, не поднял ее. Продлевали на столько дней сколько нам было необходимо. Квартира соответствует фото, все очень стильно, удобно и красиво. Район очень хороший, много магазинов, аптек, кафе и ресторанов. Чистый и тёплый бассейн. Транспортная доступность отличная. Очень рекомендую 👍

Ci e piaciuto davvero tutto, piscina vista spettacolare, bellissimo appartamento che ti dava l’idea di stare il un hotel a 5 stelle, pulizia eccellente, ambiente super comodo facilissimo da trovare e ambientarsi all’interno, staff super organizzato e disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta e aiuto, a 20 min da dubai mall in taxi molto economico e facile, vista balcone spettacolari grattaceli.
