Apartments at Address Beach Resort

The hotel itself is great. Able to use the gym and ground pools and the hotel as if youre a hotel guest. Everything standard Dubai if you go frequently. The room is actually 3.5 rooms as there is a maid room and also 3.5 bathrooms as there is a maid bathroom but someone can comfortably stay in there. Also a washer/dryer which is great.

So if you are used to staying in a hotel on trips then note the expereince is different as there is no cleaning and no replacement of linen or towels and very bare minimum supplies of shampoo etc. Toilet flush wasnt working in master bedroom and nor was the afe and neither were sorted during the trip. Also only 3 key cards were availabel to access the rooms which can be an issue with 5 more people. Also cant use the rooftop pool for free but have to pay and there is a minimum spend so beware of this. Hotel location if staying in the JBR area throughout is great as its on the beach but if you want to go around the other parts of Dubai then beware of extreme traffic on the bridge close to the hotel especially in rush hour.
