Durante a nossa estadia de 7 dias, consideramos que deveria ter sido feita uma mudança de lençóis e toalhas a meio da semana, como é habitual em estadas desta duração. Além disso, seria importante que, no momento da reserva, tivéssemos sido informados previamente sobre a falta de acesso à piscina e ao ginásio do hotel, apenas poderíamos aceder mediante um pagamento adicional de forma a ajustar as nossas expectativas. Por ultimo a entrega de apenas 2 cartões de acesso o que criou transtornos no acesso ao apartamento.
