The Address Facility is good

BEWARE: This host will look for reasons to keep your security deposit. They accused us of staining three beds at once (which we did not) and said they had to buy brand new bedding. It is highly unlikely that three beds were stained simultaneously during a short visit. It seems they are using guest deposits to fund new purchases. This felt like a deliberate attempt to cover the cost of their own property upgrades at our expense. I would be very cautious booking here.

A comfortable stay in a prime JBR location, ideal for families and beach lovers.

Waited for ages for check in. Then didn't get to meet host till next day. You pay alot for the hotel then there's extra charges paying more to get your room clean everyday. Toiletries need to pay for. The customer service is really bad was not looked after properly.

Better customer service if you pay that much for a hotel everything else should be included like toilet paper, bags water bottles cleaning.

Very large deposit is required and you will be refunded when the rates drop so a lower refund

The apartment is very pretty but be warned and prepared to be charged an exceptionally high amount of deposit. This was a surprise after the booking was made. Initially, there was a small amount on booking.com for the deposit, it was later changed and on top of that you will have to pay a bank service fee. The cost of the apartment and the deposit were pretty much the same. Be prepared to pay double.

The deposit is very high, take long to return. Also, the receptionists are not the most helpful. They have no place to keep your luggage unless to pay, and the lift cards didn't always work.

Overall, the stay was decent, but the poor service and inconvenient policies took away from the experience.

The property was in a good location, close to key places and easy to get around. The apartment itself was well-kept and comfortable, with everything needed for a decent stay.

The apartment itself was good — clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. However, there were several aspects of the stay that were frustrating. The security deposit was unusually high, and the refund process has taken much longer than expected — still unresolved even after 14 days. Access to the property was also inconvenient, requiring multiple separate cards just to use the elevator and enter the apartment. The reception downstairs was unhelpful throughout the stay, and there was no standard housekeeping included — we had to request it separately at an additional cost, which wasn’t cheap. Despite asking for a late checkout when I first checked in, it was not granted. On top of that, the housekeeping team from the company arrived early on the checkout day (around 10:30 AM), which felt disrespectful and added unnecessary pressure. Overall, while the apartment and location were good, the service and procedures left a lot to be desired.

It was not very clean, there was mold in the service room, one of the boilers not working and the AC was shitty.

It was comfortable and was as good as was expected, but they forgot to mention some stuff.

The workers were very nice, especially the manager Christopher. I also liked the pool included. The location of the place was very good because it was next to most of the famous spots in Dubai. For example, the JBR and the Dubai Marina.

It wasn’t mentioned that there wasn’t room service while booking. They should have also mentioned how tall the building was.

Breathtaking view, excellent services!

We have traveled to many places in the past year, and Mint-stay is one of the best places. Our penthouse on the 55th floor has breathtaking views of Palm Island and the Ferris wheel and is just a short walk to the beach. The apartment is a new, modern design, spacious, clean, comfortable, and has all we need. There are many supermarkets around, if you want to go on a fishing tour, just walk 600m to the marina. I have nothing to complain about the staff; They are helpful and have excellent communication. My daughter forgot the doll at checkout and thanked Christopher the next day for taking it to our next hotel to return it. I don't understand why there was such a low review score, but Mintstay deserves a higher review score; for us 10/10

مكانه الرائع على شاطي الجميرا ومقابل عين دبي ✅

مراتب الأسره غير جيده أبداً وغير مريحه وفيه شطاف بأحد الحمامات خربان ويهرب ماء وكذلك حمام الغرفه الوسطى لا يوجد فيه ماء حار ، والنظافه تحتاج دقه أكثر .

1-صعب الوصول اليه و دائما الطريق زحمة كثيرة 2-المواقف ضيقة و تتأخر عند حاجز الدخول حيث يقومون بالتدقيق على رقم السيارة و مواصفاتها كلما رجعت إلى الشقة. 3-لا يوجد اي خدمات تنظيف و لخدمة الغرف 4- يستولون على مبلغ التأمين دون أسباب واضحة و يخدعون المستأجر 5- المعاملة سيئة جداً 6-هذه شقة خاصة وليست فندق و لا يقدمون اي خدمات فندقية
