Best Place

Spacious, large apartment located on the 8th floor. The rooms have their own bathrooms, everything is very clean. You can feel at home in the kitchen, which is fully equipped. The double bedroom with a French bed offers an extraordinary view of the seaside. There are excellent cosmetic products in the bathroom. From the ground floor, you can access a private courtyard, and to the left, at the bottom of the neighboring building, there is a very good supermarket. Free beach: 5 minutes on foot

It was hard to find the accommodation: you have to enter the parking garage on foot through the passage next to McDonald's and turn left.

Top notch apartment with superb location

A very nice apartment. It was spacious and luxurious with a good layout and was beautifully furnished. One of the bedrooms had a beautiful view. What you see in the pictures is what you get. We enjoyed our stay here and even extended it with a couple of days since we liked it so much. The location was superb. It was very close to the beach maybe a 5-7 min walk. The same distance to The Walk where you could find numerous restaurants and entertainment like cinema. The marina is quite close as well. There where a few small supermarkets in the area (carfour for instance) which had all the necessary things. The contact with the staff and manager was super smooth and they replied very fast if we had any questions.

The first day it was a little tricky to get around to the pool and the gym and also there are a few entrances that made it tricky to navigate, but with the help from the staff and guards we quickly learned how to get around.

الشقه جميله وواسعه ونظيفه جدا وكل شي فيها جديد .. أدوات المطبخ واغطية السرير والمخدات ولوازم الحمام (فندقيه).فعلآ كل شي تحتاجونه موجود . وموقعها رائع جداا بجانب فندق اوشن فيو ..والمضيف متعاون وسريع في الرد ومهتم جدا.. كلنت إقامه رائعه وسأكررها ان شاء الله

التاخير في كل مره يكون يوجد رقم سري لدخول الفندف ويوجد رقم سري لباركن السياره والمكان غير موجود في قوقل ماب علي تسم الفندق اتضح بانها بناية واسمها شمس

Perfect appartement

Wij hebben hier een fijn verblijf gehad, het appartement is gelegen op een goede locatie om Dubai te ontdekken. Het is dichtbij het strand, de haven en openbaar vervoer. Supermarkt is naast het gebouw en 24 uur open, dat was fijn omdat we s'nachts aankwamen. De gastheer was er s'nachts om ons binnen te laten en heeft ons geholpen met de keyless app, goed geregeld. Ook kreeg je een kaart om te kunnen parkeren in de garage, wij zelf hadden geen huurauto maar dat is wel mogelijk. De slaapkamer met de twee persoonsbedden heeft een geweldig uitzicht! Alles is zoals op de foto's. Er is ook een zwembad aanwezig. Er is geen bagage opslag plek mogelijk voor als je een late vlucht terug hebt, helaas ook niet in de buurt kunnen vinden waar een grote koffer in past. Al staan er een hoop op google maps. Houd daar rekening mee, of een dag extra boeken zou natuurlijk ook kunnen!
