Deluxe Retreat In JBR - Million Dollar View - Balcony

المكان نظيف الدخول بدون ماتقابل احد يكون بتواصل برقم . المشكله بس تاخير الدخول ومافي مكان نتظر فيه غير الممرات. بس كل شي حلو اول يوم بس نفهم الوضع و الطريقه واماكن المرافق وكيف الدخول وخروج. بعدها كل شي تمام اسال الحارس ف اول يوم عن كيف توصل لكل الي تبغاه. في سوبر ماركت علطول تحت وفي كارفور. اوبر يجي لعند موقف الشقه الخاص فيك الباركنق الارضي كنت بمبنى رمال 5 شقه 1606 نظيفه واطلاله اول يوم مشكله بتكيف باررررد بس ردو ثاني يوم اذا ضبط او يرسلون احد النظافه وتوفر الصابون وادوات الحمام والمطبخ والمناشف وحقائب للشاطى وكي والغسيل تنفع للعائله ممتازه جدااا يحطون سرير اضافي احتياط في احد الغرف لو تحتاجه

السعر شووووي عالي بس لو عدد كبير ممتاز طلع صرصور صغيررر مرتين بس كل شي نظيف للامانه

The apartment was clean and all the rooms had a beautiful sea view. The location was excellent and the overall environment was very nice.

1-The master bedroom’s bed was uncomfortable. There was a noticeable uneven section (bump) in the middle of the mattress that caused back pain. I informed the host, but they did not respond or replace the bed. 2-On the second day, the water was suddenly cut off without any prior notice. I had to contact the host to request water, especially since I had children and needed it for washing. After a long discussion, they finally sent water. 3-The parking entrance was unclear, and you need the host to be there the first time to show you how to access the property.

Все как на картинке и даже лучше. Полностью укомплектованные просторные апартаменты. Отдельное спасибо за паровую станцию. Редкость. Великолепный вид, комплектация не только посудой и оборудованием, но и всевозможными средствами для уборки, стирки, таблетки для посудомоечной машины ( и она была). Отличные кровати-подушки, полотенца для пляжа и даже пляжные сумки. Беспроблемный check in, даже раньше времени. Огромное спасибо!!!

Немного не логичное размещение розеток (с феном повеселились) но это такие мелочи . Ну и пробки на JBR в сезон, конечно, удручающие. Зато пляж в пешей доступности

Location only and view

It looks like this was once a decent apartment, but now it’s very tired-looking compared to the advertised photos. It needs a lot of repairs and a thorough deep clean everywhere.I was very disappointed with the facilities. At the start, the hospitality was great. Respond quickly to WhatsApp. • Facilities offered were not as described (no slippers, no gown, as advertised or welcome basket as advertised) • Stains on the bedding were visible. Change of bedding done after 7 days. And had to request bedding change. • All three bathrooms had plumbing or maintenance issues. • Cockroaches found in the kitchen. • Dirt was present in areas where it shouldn’t be. There was no private beach linked to the apartment , despite this being a key reason for booking. False advertising. Repeatedly asked for duplicate information and copies of passports, even after these had already been provided. Most of the facilities advertised were not provided. Again False advertising. Balcony very disappointed not family friendly and below standard. Would not return to this apartment only the area.:(
