I recently traveled from Saudi Arabia for a quick getaway to my favorite destination, Dubai, and stayed at a property on Palm Island. Overall, my experience was quite enjoyable, though there were a few areas for improvement. Pros: Stunning Views:** The views from the property were absolutely breathtaking. There's nothing quite like the sight of the iconic Palm Island. Clean and Safe:** The flat was impeccably clean and felt very secure, which contributed to a relaxing stay. Welcoming Environment:** The people around the area were friendly, adding to the positive atmosphere. Pool Area:** Although it can get busy, the pool area was fantastic and a great place to unwind. Convenient Shops:** The property had shops nearby, making it easy to grab essentials. Cons: Staff Responsiveness:** Initially, I found the staff to be unresponsive, likely due to it being outside of regular hours. However, they quickly redeemed themselves as my stay progressed. Parking Distance:** While parking was available, it was a bit far from the apartment, which could be inconvenient. Gym Access:** I overlooked the fact that gym access wasn’t included in the fees. I didn't inquire about the cost since I was only there for a few days. Towel Supply:** One area that definitely needs improvement is the towel situation. Having only one towel for five days felt inadequate, especially given the premium price of the stay. Despite these minor drawbacks, I would definitely consider returning. While I do feel the rates are slightly higher compared to other options in the area, the stunning views and overall comfort make it worthwhile. The bed and pillows were decent, although I did have a minor issue with noise from neighbors redecorating in the morning. Thankfully, the staff addressed this quickly. In summary, if you're looking for a beautiful escape in Dubai with a great atmosphere, this property is a solid choice—just be prepared for a few quirks!

I was extremely disappointed when I found out that there is no proper help is available. The receptionist had no idea how did the phone works in our room. I paid for 7 nights and I was told that if I need my room cleaned I need to pay an extra 220 AED. WTF? Who pays to get the linens changed everyday ? Who charges to clean the trash and change new towels ? I had the worst experience ever in my life 🤬

Balqis Residence was an amazing place! The building was clean and the hosts of the building was always very nice and helpful. The pool area was great and had direct access to the beach.

We weren’t allowed to bring any outside food or beverages to the pool area or the beach, we could only order from the beach club. Although the location on the palm was lovely, it was a bit too far to the train so I’m order to get to the city we had to take taxis.

we ask for cleaning but they refuse to clean and ask extra money 278 AED ? and vary bad dealing from the harmony staff the reply me if don’t like you can move to other place we will not do cleaning until you check out harmony staff need special training to deal with customer

spacious, nice staff, noise problem been quickly solved, great place for family stay, good value for money

noise issue is very common during that area, due to frequently decoration, it did affect stay a lot, however, the staff solved the problem quickly by changed to alternative flat

Good location

Old apartments, dirty and mold. All pool and beach area is under renovation, a lot of noise for the whole day. Nobody informed about that. No service at all. You even need to get your own towels to the pool, and nobody changes it for 2 weeks.

The location is excellent, very beautiful and quiet, near the beach, nice for walking and sitting on the beach. The apartment is large, spacious and very comfortable with a beautiful view. The building is also quiet. In general, the location is excellent and beautiful for the price. Special thank for Daniel and Ahnaf.

The apartment needs to be cleaned better, when we reached the apartment it was not clean with a lot of mold and dust, and food from the occupants before us. For transportation You need to call a taxi or a private car as the place is somewhat far the services, there is no taxi front of the building.

the ask for 900 AED OR IF I WILL PAY CASH I HAVE TO PAY 500 IN A CONVOLUT.LIKE IN A GANGSTER MOVIE:( THE POOL AREA WAS UNDER CONSTRUKTION, THE APARTMENT REALLY NEED TO BE FIXED AND CLEANED. SPECIALLY THE KITCHEN HAVE TO BE PAINTED. I FORGOT A SHIRT, IF THE SHOULD POSTE TO ME THE ASK FOR 1326 AED ABOUT 350 EURO

There was construction / repair / maintenance everywhere around and in the building. The beach front was covered with a construction fence and sitting in the pool surrounded by jack hammer, drilling and grinding noise was not what we expected.

it was like we were abandoned, for 5 days the place was not cleaned and no staff to ask.

Beautiful area with beautiful views.

The entire time we were there no one from house keeping came through. If you don't clean, at least provide clean beddings at intervals.
