Excellent property but can do with a little attention

The property is not well maintained. Doors were not closing , items such as plates and glasses were not enough for 8 people.

This property has bigger potential

Apartment itself is amazing, with great planning, bedrooms and living space 10 out of 10. Location 11 out of 10, everything is at the doorstep and view from the balcony was amazing. You can also order food for delivery with Careem and get it delivered right to the door. The swimming pool for the apartment block was very nice, with a beautiful view of the Dubai wheel. The common area, hall and lobby were also very clean and well looked after.

When we arrived early, there was no place to leave our luggage while waiting for check-in. I asked the host if early check-in was possible and was told that previous guests had broken the door of one bedroom, and it would be fixed the next day. That wasn’t a problem for us as long as it got repaired, since screws were hanging out. Although the host mentioned cleaners were already preparing the apartment, we still couldn’t check in early, which was fine since the check-in time was officially 3 pm. However, the door issue continued: the host said maintenance had fixed it, but when we returned only new hinges had been installed. The host later explained the door was the wrong size and would be replaced the next day. Unfortunately, during our 6-night stay, the doors were never fixed, leaving those staying in that room uncomfortable. The bathrooms also needed a much deeper clean, especially for guests who value spotless spaces. Also would be nice to have pool towels in the property. This property has so much potential, and it’s sad to see that such a great apartment in a brand-new building isn’t being maintained as it should. The location and layout are a perfect 10 out of 10, but the upkeep really lets it down.

every thing was more than expected we had wonderful stay and experience . i will definitely we will recommend the property to family and friends.

it would be better if the management company offer cleaning service for those who will sty more than one night.
