Great location but property not managed

The property was centrally located in a great area for tourism. Easy to get to eating and entertainment. It accommodated the party as needed.

The property was in terrible condition. It was advertised as new which is false. This property had a few updates but in no way new. The bathrooms all have mold issues inside the tubs as well as the walls. It wasn’t clean and had a smell. The walls had handprints of something on them. There was never enough towels so spent almost every day washing towels.

5 minutes walk from the beach The host was very accommodating and kind including letting us keep our luggage at his apartment because we had an overnight flight. Cleaning staff and apartment block staff were generally friendly

Proche de la mer à 5 minutes à pied très bien situé Pharmacie en bas de l’immeuble et une supermarché Le métro est à 7 minutes à pied et il y a centre commerciale à proximité Plusieurs chambres dans l’appartement et plusieurs salle de bain un petit balcon Très bon emplacement géographique si vous voulez des vacances proche de la mer et plein de restaurant à proximité

Bien situé et très grand, idéal pour une bande de jeunes, on peut facilement dormir à 10 dans cet appartement.

l'appartement est vieux et malodorant, très bruyant, énormément de klaxon (la route passe de 2 à une voie ) à déconseiller pour une fanille avec des enfants, même avec des bouchons d'oreille le bruit est infernal jauq'à trad dans la nuit. Tout est bricolé, et vieux.."brand new" est un MENSONGE , TOTAL SCAM

1-ازعاج عمال النظافة الخارجية حيث قامو بتنظيف الزجاج الخارجي في وقت الصباح وهو وقت النوم 2- بعد الانتهاء من الاقامة تفاجأت بمطالبة منسق الحجز على الواتس بطلب دفع رسوم اضافية عن كل غرفة علماً انه تم دفع المبلغ كاملاً الموجود في موقع booking 3-تم التواصل معي من قبل منسق الحجز بعدم الحجز مستقبلاً عن طريق booking والتواصل معهم مباشرةً
