I would wish i could stay there forever! Very very top notch!!!!

Very clean, luxurious, modern, exceptional, very beautiful..love love love it! We had the view of burj khalifa from the lounge couch -so so fantastic, everything was functionsl. Great communication from People in charge- we were treated like kings. Cleaning team was exceptional..It was a 100 star experience!!!!!! Amazing restaurants in the building with great food.. loved the papparazi italian restaurant too.. chef was so good even allowed us to watch him cooking our food😍😍😍😍 i could keep talking and talking..but let me leave space for others!

Serious sanitation issues and no cooperation from the owner

Unacceptable hygiene conditions and complete lack of responsibility This was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have had. From the moment we entered the apartment, there was an extremely strong and disturbing odor that made the place almost unbearable to stay in. The smell clearly indicated serious sanitation issues and was present throughout our stay. We reported the problem immediately and provided photo evidence. The owner admitted the issue and promised professional cleaning, but this never happened. Instead, communication stopped completely. We stayed 5 nights only because we arrived at midnight and had no immediate alternative, but the conditions were far below any acceptable hygiene standard. Booking.com was informed during the stay; however, due to the owner’s lack of cooperation, no resolution could be reached. We strongly advise future guests to be cautious. Cleanliness, communication, and guest responsibility were seriously lacking. Room 4713 I would have liked to upload more photos to fully reflect the situation, however the platform allows only a limited number of images.

Exceptional stay with an incredible host

Usually I write reviews, ONLY if it’s extremely bad or exceptional! In this case it was indeed exceptional! The view is amazing, the pool is spectacular, the rooms are great and the beds are confy! But What stands out most was the host. I wrote at 1:00 am to the host that we needed more forks but it was not really urgent. He replied immediately and send a courrier with brand new forks 45 minutes later… at 01:45 in the night. This is how responsive and supportive the host was. It was incredible and we enjoyed our stay very much!

The location was good

There were a lot of problems in the property , There was a broken glass the bedroom window to the balcony couldn’t be closed and the was a lot of noise from the street , we needed to pay 175 drhams for towels .

Not clean apartment and bad service and they didn’t refund my money because I didn’t stay that day there is insects in the apartment it made us sick and feel echidnas on our bodies.

الموقع جيد جدا الشقه ممتازه وجميله ولاكن يجب ان اقول انه يجب عليك اخد الشقه مع الفطار لانه الكل في المكان غالي جدا

Das Apartment ist

Die Lage und die Zimmer sind groß und Betten bequem. Alles da was man braucht im Zimmer.

Die City View ist eher ein direkter Blick auf eine Baustelle.. Bei der Buchung war uns nicht klar das Valet Parking nicht inkludiert ist. Uns wurde ein Parkplatz im 6. stock zugewiesen - die Zufahrt ist extrem eng, schwierig unf purer Stress. Valet Parking ist in Dubai Standard und sollte bei diesem Preisniveau inkludiert sein; selbst dafür fallen hier zusätzliche Kosten an. Zudem gibt es viel zu wenige Fahrstühle: lange Wartezeiten, extrem volle Fahrstühle. Die Pool Area ist tagsüber überfüllt. Es ist ein Kampf da überhaupt eine Liege zu bekommen. Entspannung außerhalb des Zimmers war nicht möglich. Die Badezimmer wirkten etwas heruntergekommen, die Dusche bzw. Badewanne hat keinen Spritzschutz, wodurch ständig der ganze Boden nass war. Wir haben schon in anderen Hotels oder Residenzen in Dubai übernachtet und das war mit Abstand die schlechteste. Parkplatz und Fahrstühle Horror…. Habe mich nicht wohl gefühlt und Pool area nicht zu empfehlen. Preis Leistung stimmt nicht.

De locatie, midden in de stad vlakbij o.a. Burj en de mall (loopafstand). Personeel is super vriendelijk, alles helemaal top; eten in de avond naast het zwembad op de 64e verdieping !!!😍 Appartement was luxe en geweldig uitzicht

Eigenlijk was alles helemaal top. Enige jammere was dat er per persoon maar 1 set handdoeken was (geen zwembad handdoek) maar er is een wasmachine dus we konden wassen
