La Vie, JBR private beach, private parking and pool

Perfekt läge i Dubai. Ligger mitt i centrum. Strand mittemot fastigheten. Poolen är underbar. Välstädat, rent. Gymmet var också perfekt. Kommer definitivt komma tillbaka i framtiden. Passar perfekt för familjer som vill vara centralt, ha lätt till pool och strand.

Inget speciellt. Enbart lite mycket barn vid poolen stundtals men annars är vi extremt nöjda!

Perfect apartment for family of 5 with 3 children aged 18,18 & 16. Location right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants JBR. Pool and all facilities amazing, best resort gym I’ve ever seen too. Great apartment and perfect location. Host very kind and accommodating. Highly recommend

The location was excellent, and check-in was quick and convenient. The private pool area was clean, well-maintained, and very pleasant, as was the entire house – very clean and tidy. The bedroom had a large wardrobe, and the room itself was clean and orderly. I appreciated the large balcony and the ability to use the washing machine. The host was very helpful, and communication was quick and easy.

Our apartment was a bit worn – there were visible paint touch-ups on the walls in several places, a floor tile in the bathroom was broken, the shower pressure was low (though this may be typical for the area), and the water did not drain properly from the floor trap. It was inconvenient that every time we used the shower, water leaked from the shower edges across the entire bathroom floor, and since there was no underfloor heating, the floor was constantly very wet. It was also quite annoying to have to dry the rug on the balcony several times a day. The floor trap in the kitchen was very dirty and full of food scraps. Three days after cooking in the kitchen for the first time, cockroaches appeared – some large and many small. Because our apartment had a glass kitchen table, I felt the absence of a cleaning agent, and there was no hairdryer in the bathroom.
