Excellent stay and great hosting by Nizar
We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spacious, spotless, and exactly as described. The location is perfect for families. A special thanks to our host, Nizar, who was incredibly cooperative and professional. He made the check-in and check-out process very smooth and easy. Highly recommended

Every door is not safely locked and cannot be, everyone in the building has access to every and each door
Nothing, we didn’t stay 5 seconds because everything was dirty, bad smell, no safety, We didn’t stay not even 10 minutes But they don’t want to give our money back

I’m not recommending to book with them.
I dislike the hoses keeping of the apartment , it was not clean well and bed sheets not been changed and the apartment contained very bad smell. We refused to continue the booking, then they changed the apartment with 3 bed rooms but without compensating the defendant in charges between 4 and 3 bed rooms.

Мы забронировали апартаменты для отдыха большой семьей из 10 человек с 27 декабря 2024 года по 2 января 2025 года. Нас привлекли красивые фотографии на сайте, но, как выяснилось, они были проектными изображениями, а не реальными фотографиями. Заселение должно было состояться в 15:00. Однако, прибыв в апартаменты, мы обнаружили, что ремонтные работы там еще не были завершены. Люди заносили мебель, подкрашивали стены, а клининг в хаотичной обстановке пытался что-то убирать. Нам сказали подождать 40 минут, но затем попросили подождать еще час. В итоге мы ожидали на улице с чемоданами более четырех часов и заселились только ближе к 19:00. Состояние апартаментов оказалось неудовлетворительным. Постельное белье доставалось из упаковок, но оно было грязным, как и нестиранные полотенца. Мы попросили провести повторную уборку, но клининг не справился, и в итоге нам пришлось самим приводить все в порядок. Пороги между комнатами и ванной были недоделанными, и в дыры положили полотенца. Дверной замок был сломан, и дверь не закрывалась, пока мы не настояли на его замене. Бытовая техника была подключена неправильно. Когда мы попытались включить стиральную машину, из слива пошла грязная вода с опарышами. На устранение этой проблемы ушло еще два часа. Поведение хозяина было недопустимым. На наши претензии он реагировал агрессивно, говоря: «Если вам не нравится, забирайте вещи и уезжайте, я отменю бронь». Мы сообщили ему, что съедем на сутки раньше, 1 января, так как продолжать проживание в таких условиях было невозможно. Проблемы продолжались и в последующие дни. Вечером второго дня электричество стало отключаться. Щиток на кухне не выдерживал нагрузки бытовой техники. Одновременное использование конфорок и духового шкафа приводило к отключению электричества. Из-за перебоев с питанием к утру испортились продукты, так как холодильник перестал работать. На наши просьбы устранить проблему хозяин снова предлагал нам съехать.
