The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Gian when I locked myself out of the safe, one WhatsApp message and they were up to help me. Great location 12 min walk to brew house or a short taxi ride.

Arrival time it's OK.
Commitment and behaviour of the staffs 1 day before vacating the room.
Very slow response to our messages to the unlock stay administrator. Even after they saw our messages. I send reminders and then only I get reply (especially 1,2 days before vacating)
Requested for partial removal of luggage one day before my vacating date. Admin lied that staff and trolleys busy at other buildings. 2 minutes after I opened my door, I saw unlock staffs were in the same floor doing something else in their service room (5th floor).
These kind of service will not attract anyone.
