Exceptional 2 Bedroom Apartment! High Floor! Amazing Rooftop! Burj Crown by Emaar

Location is very central, 33rd floor, view on a Boulevard. Appartment has 2 bedrooms + 1 toilet with shower cabin + 1 more toilet with bathroom. In fact it can easily accomodate a big family. We were three persons and it was super comfortable as bedrooms are far from each other and each has separate toilet and shower adhacent to it. 14 minutes walk to Dubai mall. A lot of coffeshops, breakfast options, restaurants nearby (1-2 minutes walk). Easy to find for taxi. There is a balcony in the appratment. Also there is a swimming pool on the lower level of building, not on the rooftop, but we didn't use it much , looks average. Overall appartment is very good.

WiFi was not working in the other day, but was fixed nce we reported (they changed the whole router). Some furniture needs replacement or refurbishing. Door in the kitchenete has stains. Some upholstery fabric on the sofas and on the armchairs is worn&torn. The ironing board is broken and needs to be replaced. Inside some of the drawyers - bed smell, could be easily ventialted or aromatised. When taking a shower, water gets on the floor because the shower glass only covers half of the space. Need a bigger towel or shower mat for that. Sockets in the apartment are UK/UAE style with some of them being adapted - suggestion: add more adapters for European plugs. Anyway I would rate it 9 of 10 experience, minor things could be fixed easily.

Отличное месторасположение. Отдыхали на новогодний уикенд семьей, нам все понравилось. В квартире есть все необходимое. В шаговой доступности кафе, супермаркет, Дубай молл, Бурдж Халифа и станция метро (10-15 минут пешком). До Дубай Марина на метро -15-20 мин, до Мол Дубай 15 мин. Приветливый персонал оперативно реагировал на все наши бытовые вопросы.

Wir hatten einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment. Die Unterkunft ist modern, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist äußerst zentral – perfekt, um alles schnell zu erreichen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Mr. Mohamad. Er war außerordentlich freundlich, unglaublich hilfsbereit und zu jeder Zeit erreichbar. Seine Professionalität und sein Entgegenkommen haben unseren Aufenthalt deutlich erleichtert. Dank seiner Kompetenz verlief alles reibungslos, und alle Fragen wurden sofort geklärt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die eine komfortable Unterkunft in zentraler Lage suchen.

Es gibt nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.
