Great stay at J One GlobalStay! Warm and super helpful check-in with Lanna. Their WhatsApp team was also very responsive and attended promptly to our every concern. Pet-friendly gets them bonus points from us - free would be even better 😉. Great location - we had the Burj Khalifa view in one of our rooms. Only downside: although maintenance was very prompt, living room AC was stuck at 26 degrees despite a few fixes. Check out was a breeze. Would highly recommend them especially to our fellow fur parents and would definitely stay again!

Great location in Business Bay by the canal, within walking distance to Dubai Mall. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The internet worked well for my daily work. The staff is very friendly, and the check-in and check-out process is easy and convenient. I will definitely consider this place again in the future.

the management were VERY unhelpful we asked to change the dates one month before our current reservation...we needed just 5 days before the reserved date... as we had an emergency situation and we checked it was available and even for a cheaper price.. we told them they even can keep the difference in price.. their answer was just "no " ! also, check in is at 4pm.. we asked for earlier check it as we had young kids and it was an early flight...their answer was just " no" ! the check out is at 12 pm and our flight at 11 pm.. also we asked for a late check out... the answer "no".. ! another question was ..( can we keep our luggage somewhere till our flight time..) and ofcourse it is " no " ! another thing..we had 2 rooms + sofa bed in the living room.. we were 3 adults with 2 kids 3 and 7..they charged us extra because when we reserved we listed 4 people.. we told them we dont need an extra bed.. the baby sleeps with the parents and we already have enough beds.. they insisted each extra person will be charged daily whether a kid or an adult and age doesnt matter!!! so basically they charge per person not per apartment which is ridiculus ! i would rate them ZERO customer service in the WHOLE planet ! they dont even bother themselves to say " well sorry.. we couldnt.. or we will try ... let me check ... we would love to help you but we cant...".. it was just (no ) for everything...
