We love it there!

We have stayed at J One Tower several times now and are consistently impressed. The location in Business Bay is top, super quick access to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. A huge plus is the seamless 24/7 communication via WhatsApp. Everything is spotless. Highly recommended!

This is our third year living here, and every time we visit Dubai, we will stay here A comfortable, beautiful, and clean place. The staff are quick to respond, and it's a 5-minute walk from Dubai Mall. Haitham, in particular, is a very kind, respectful, and helpful man.

Misrepresentation!! Images have nothing to do with the reality. Apartment was at 4 pm still not ready for check in . Dirty bathroom, even after it was cleaned twice upon our request! Bed is small and not comfortable, sleep sofa , broken . Essentials are missing, such as dishwashing liquid and sponge. We didn’t get an access card for the building. Although, we asked for it several times at reception, so we had to wait till anyone notices us and open the door from inside , every time we wanted to come in !! and on the top of that ,there was a horrible painting smell in the floor and apartment and people at the reception were not even aware of the construction that was work going on! I’ve been in so many hotels and apartments in Dubai and that was certainly my worst stay in the city . Never again…

⭐ 1/5 — Even 1 star feels generous in my opinion. From the moment we stepped into the apartment, an overwhelming sour and unpleasant odor hit us. We reported this immediately to the person who showed us the unit, and clearly stated that we expected a different apartment—especially considering the high price and the location in central Dubai. Instead of offering a solution, we were handed a cheap toilet spray, which only made the entire place smell like dirty socks mixed with toilet spray. The condition of the apartment was unacceptable: the sofa was covered in suspicious stains, there was visible mold on several walls, and even after multiple requests, basic items like toilet paper were ignored or promised but not always delivered in the moment or same day. The wardrobes smelled awful, and the bedding situation was shocking. Instead of providing clean, fresh linens every two days, the staff reused the same dirty sheets we had placed on the floor to indicate they needed changing. These were simply put back on the beds as if they were new. When confronted about these issues, the staff said that the situation would be investigated further. Communication eventually stopped altogether as they stopped replying after we left dubai, despite earlier promises to respond and offer a solution or compensation. I will also be contacting Dubai Tourism and the local authorities regarding the condition of this accommodation and send them the proof. I regret choosing this place a lot. I will never come back to this accommodation. Check google reviews for my review with pictures.

The location is excellent and the staff were truly wonderful. However, the apartment itself feels quite old, especially the sofa, and it was very noisy particularly during evening time. Additionally, there is construction in front of the building, which adds to the noise. Overall, great service but the noise level and apartment condition could be improved.”

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay at Simply Comfort – J One Tower, Business Bay, Dubai I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Simply Comfort J One Tower. The service apartment was clean, modern, and fully equipped — perfect for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is excellent, right in Business Bay, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, and easy access to all main attractions in Dubai. A special mention to the Pakistani manager, who was exceptionally nice, polite, and always ready to help with anything — truly made my stay even better. The service and hospitality were top-notch, and I felt very well taken care of throughout my visit.

If I had to mention one small thing, it would be that the toilet ventilation system could be improved a little — Dubai’s humid weather makes that noticeable. But apart from that, I have zero complaints. Overall, a fantastic stay — great apartment, great service, great people. I would definitely come back and highly recommend Simply Comfort J One Tower to anyone visiting Dubai!

Perfect for Work or Family stays

The location is perfect for work. As it is in the heart of business bay near bay square. I think its perfectly aligned to be a work pad. It's spacious. Groceries and food are a minute away. It's complete value for money.

Overall, I really liked the apartment as it’s well-equipped for families. The check-in process was also very easy and convenient. It was definitely worth the money spent.

After the room was cleaned, the towels were taken but no fresh ones were provided. I also requested slippers but haven't received them. Additionally, the only means of communication is via WhatsApp, as there's no phone in the apartment.

Location, apartment size & balcony

1. Unorganized. Door password not working, had to wait half hour in front of the door to fix and enter the room after long travel. 2. Air condition not working properly, continuous tripping at 24 degree. Complaining, ling time no one came to fix. Contact person in reception when came, she was showing attitude. Though they fixed for time being, again from next day morning not working properly. 3. They close the waterline when guest go outside. Upon coming after tour, found water not coming in washroom. Upon asking again they opened the water line. 4. The front automatic door entering sensor not working, Everytime while entering have to halt and some guy from the reception have to come in front to activate the sensor. It went for 2 days while we were there and found nobody care to fix.

The canal view from the hotel room was just stunning. I love it! The room and bathroom were really clean and spotless. The pillows were quite comfortable. Clean bedding and blanket. The room size was good too. The bellboy was very quick to bring up my stuff and take it to my car. The staff members checked me in and out quickly, with no hassles!

We liked everything. The staff was amazing, helpful, willing to help and advise. The accommodation is very comfortable, large apartment with two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and bedroom. Lots of storage space. The beds were comfortable, everywhere clean, + large balcony with a view of the city. I give 10/10

There was a new hotel under construction next to the hotel, they were working 24 hours a day during our stay, so it was a bit disturbing in the evening when you were on the balcony, it didn't bother us, it was interesting to watch them as the hotel grows. Unfortunately, the hotel is not responsible for this. :)

Expensive place not worth for me

There were no exhaust fans in toilets which resulted into smell sustaining in the room . There is too much noise in the surroundings due to construction , there were no hair dryers and not enough toiletries and extra bed sheets . I have to ask for toiletries and there was no timely response . The WiFi was not working for 1 day

They have a big space in every area and have a balcony. Washing machine is provided but no washing soap. Shops are downstairs. 17-20mins walk to Dubai mall. Swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym in the building.

This is only good for a very short stay. As an apartment, they lack some of amenities such as dish soaps and washing soap. They have coffee maker but no coffee ground. 2 bedrooms but only 1 hair dryer provided, we even have to asked to for it.
