3. Cleanliness & Care
• Keep the apartment clean and tidy at all times.
• Do not move furniture without prior permission.
4. Noise & Disturbance
• Small gathering with maximum of 15 members is allowed.
• Any complaints from building management may result in a fine or cancellation of the stay.
5. Smoking Policy
• Smoking is allowed only at the balcony.
6. Safety & Security
• Always lock doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
• Do not tamper with fire alarms, smoke detectors, or security systems.
• Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately.
8. Pets
• Pets allowed at additional cost, unless specifically agreed in advance.
9. Waste Disposal
• Do not leave trash bags in hallways or outside the apartment.
10. Damages & Losses
• Any damages caused during your stay will be charged.
• Missing items (towels, kitchenware, keys) will also be charged.
11. Parking
• Use the designated parking slot only.
• Do not park in unauthorized spots or block other vehicles.
12. Check-Out Instructions
• Return all keys, access cards, and parking cards at check-out.
• Ensure all personal belongings are removed.
• Any late return of keys will incur additional charges.
