Great location. Dazzling views above the Marina beach areas from the high floor balcony. In general the premises are quite grandiose, really good looking, and it was clean.

While we found the service and contacts with the staff members be very polite and positive, we found several things that vould easily have been fixed, without the customers having to point at them. Upon arrival there was no working wifi, which then had to be fixed the next day. There is a dishwasher, but the customer has to go and buy her own tablets of washing detergent, as none are provided. So the dishwasher was smelly in the beginning, after being used without. While there was cutlery and for example plates, there were only two of some of them. If there are more than two guests, this may be a slight nuisance. Also, in the bedrooms the only provided lamps are very bright leds in the ceiling of the room which only go full on or off. For example, a small bedside reading light would be very useful. Two lamps were brought, but with sockets from somme other country’s system. Also, the television did not work in the beginning, but after managing to switch it on there were no actual tv channels to be found, only streaming service apps. Plus, an extra pillow would have been nice, two were provided but without pillowcases. Also, the fancy looking clock in the living room is just for decoration, not working. In the apartment the bedrooms are quite soundproof, which doesn’t stop from hearing the daily renovations next door. Luckily the hammering only began at about 8-9 am. I could still mention the safety boxes, which were both locked without a key when we arrived. After mentioning this, two brand new safety boxes were brought to the apartment, but no instruction was provided and as loose items they were not much use for us. Thanks to the positive sides and especially the balcony view, we still enjoyed our time there.

I liked the close proximity to the beach and all amenities. The host was always available via watsapp if there was any problem and he was very helpful. The apartment itself was spacious and clean with all the amenities we needed as a family for our stay. I will definitely rebook again if I ever returned.
