Ottima esposizione ! Vista spettacolare. Casa molto grande ogni camera con bagno in camera

Great location. Near to the beach and Carrefour, tram station, pharmacy.
Very noisy. Many sportcars speeding through the bridge.
Apartments have to be renewed. There is mold on the walls from moisture. plaster crumbles. bathroom doors don't close
