Relaxing getaway
The location, the spaciousness, facilities and the host.
Going up and down the stair for duplex apartment.

Grundsätzlich empfehlenswert für 6-7 Personen.
Spektakuläre Lage, wirklich einmalig zentral und komfortabel. Ausstattung und Größe der Villa waren sehr gut. Freundlicher Service zu jeder Zeit. Schnelle Abhilfe bei Anfragen .
Die Sauberkeit muss leider kritisch angemerkt werden. Schmutz in der Dusche und auch vor der Wohnung war es nicht sauber. Einige Ausstattungsteile waren leider defekt bzw. sollten dringend erneuert werden. Da fehlt eine gründliche Sanierung ( defekte Elektrogeräte, wackelnde Badarmaturen , defekte Balkonmöbel). Die mehrfache Anforderung zur Ausstellung einer Rechnung war leider erfolglos und ist immer noch ausstehend. Auch die Kaution wurde nicht zeitnah erstattet.

قيمة الوديعة مقارنة بالإقامة لمدة يومين تعتبر مكلفة جداً 3000 درهم أرى أنه مبلغ مُبالغ فيه من المفترض أن تكون الوديعة كمثال 500 درهم لليلة الواحدة وهكذا .. حدث تسريب مياة من سقف الصالة وطاولة الطعام تم إخبار أحد المسؤولين عن المشكلة وتم حلها في اليوم التالي ، نصيحتي للمسؤول عن الفيلا هي عمل صيانة لأعمال السباكة فالأجواء هذه الأيام ممطرة وقد تحدث هذه المشكلة مرة أخرى .

فيلا رائعة من دورين مدخلها مستقل من المواقف مباشرة واسعة ونظيفة وشرحة بثلاث غرف نوم ببلكوناتها وحمامين مع وجود غرفة صغيرة اضافية بدورة مياه وغسالة ملابس والدور الثاني مطبخ مجهز وغرفة طعام وصالة ويوجد مسبح ومنطقة العاب للاطفال خارجية الشقة واسعة تصلح للعوائل وقريبة برج خليفة ودبي مول ويوجد سوبرماركت قريب
