location is nice
We’re expecting 3 bedrooms (apart from
maid’s room.)
living area was converted to sleeping area though
uncomfortable but manageable :)
Bathroom is nice but the shower head is quite low :)
The flat is near to garbage room and foul smell is getting into the entrance of the flat and to utility maid’s
room.
One of us is playing the guitar @modulated sound and the watchman happens to pass by and said to be quiet yet we are NOT even singing. Not sure if the flat’s sound proof is good or not.
