Modern apartment at central location. Good customer service. Good facilities.

It's been amazing to stay there. Nizaar was the guy who managed the property. He was very accessible via WhatsApp message. He replied to our messages on time. We requested extra towels, which were provided. In a week's time, bedsheets were changed once, serviced apartment twice, just to give you an idea. The location of this apartment was second to none, in the center of JBR, the walk. Superb location. Rimal has 6 buildings, I think, and this apartment is in Rimal 4. We were able to access the swimming pools of all buildings. Rimal 4 swimming pool had cold water, so we used Rimal 1 or 5 pool, I think, which had warm water, ideal for kids. Facilities within the apartment were good, such as Internet, cleaning stuff, bin bags, etc. Customer service was quite good as well. Our washing machine had issues, and it needed service. We gave 500 AED as a deposit, but the host returned my whole deposit and did not charge for the machine service.

The host asked for DTMC charges as 25 AED per room per night, which was supposed to be 15 AED max (one of my friend told me that for a deluxe property ir should not be between 7-15 AED). From the listing, it is not clear. These charges should be added either in the booking.com property rent or must be mentioned clearly on the listing of the apartment. These charges should not come as a surprise on the last day. On arrival, we spoke with Nizar, and they agreed to 15 AED per room per night. We ended up with 420 AED instead of the 700 AED that was initially asked. I am still not sure what the actual charges were by the Dubai authorities on this apartment.

Amazing Dubai family trip

The apartment is great with a view of the Dubai ferris wheel , near the jumeirah beach and Dubai marina and has lots of restaurants and supermarkets around. The location is superb. The host was very responsive when we had a query. They require a deposit on check in but refund on check out if everything is okay. The apartment is clean, comfortable and spacious.

Great location, car park, good size even for 9 people, caters to babies need to fix the room with no air con

Property is a good size and is very modern and good looking, guarded by nice security guards and comes with a dedicated car parking space

Found some dead insects upon entering, air con wasn’t working in one of the rooms so the rooms got really hot

Overall, it was a very good stay.

The property was spotlessly clean. It felt like a hotel vibe and it’s realy suitable for groups.

There was a renovation in G floor and it was hard to go up and down the building. It was hard to locate the exit and entrance.

We travelled with another family so we were a group of 4 adults and 6 teenagers . This apartment was fabulous we had so much room. It’s in the most perfect location near the beach , restaurants and JBR walk. If you want a holiday vibe yet also a central location to travel to various attractions then I would highly recommend .

Csótányok voltak a szálláson ! Jeleztük a szállásadónak, de nem érdekelte. El kellett jönnünk , de a pénzt nem adták vissza amit kifizettünk. Hazudtak , hogy majd elküldik . Senki ne menjen ide !! Koszos volt minden is . A fürdőszobában a zuhanyzónál folyt ki a víz!
