Location was amazing , right in the heart of the marina . Easy access to the mall , restaurants, metro and beach .

Maintenance working taking place in the main building , but didn’t affect my stay .

This apartment has the best view in front of Dubai Marina the best place in town. So beautiful so clean with the most romantique bedroom, a functional kitchen with all the facilities and two bathroom fully furnished. The veranta nearby livingroom has the amazing view and inside a huge tv offers relaxing time with Netflix and so on!!!! I propose this to everyone who wants to travel to Dubai It was an excellent experience for us!!! Thank you « home of choise »!!!

The location is indeed very convenient – everything is close by and there is no need for a car to get around Dubai. There is a shop on the ground floor of the building and many restaurants practically just outside the door. Marina Mall and the metro station are within walking distance. The bed is very comfortable. There is a pleasant pool area with heated water and sun loungers, along with very friendly staff. The beach is about a 10–15 minute walk away. The excellent and fast communication with the host also deserves special mention – they responded instantly to all questions, even late at night!

We were a bit disappointed, as the apartment is advertised as having an “ocean view,” while in reality you can only see the water if you lean out from the balcony. Almost all windows face the busy Sheikh Zayed Road as well as the construction of a new skyscraper (works are ongoing from morning until midnight). Unfortunately, the noise is clearly audible inside the apartment even with the windows closed, which was very bothersome for us. Forget about sitting on the balcony as well – unless you are wearing noise-cancelling headphones 🙂. It is also worth noting that the property is no longer new and this is noticeable. The kitchen equipment is very basic (rather old pots and pans and dull knives). It is a pity that the host does not provide even basic items such as sugar, salt or trash bags – everything has to be purchased separately. In the shower there is no handheld shower head (only a rain shower, which makes bathing children quite difficult), and the floor drain is poorly designed, so the water does not drain properly and quickly spills into the bathroom.
